Beautiful condo with a great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our ten day stay in this condo. It is really nicely decorated, from the attractive European style shower right down to the Elfa storage units in the bedroom closet and the pulls on the drawers. The lanai is large, with plenty of space for the four chairs. Plenty of room for dinner for two with a view or cocktails for four. We found the furniture, including the chairs on the lanai and the living room couch and the bed to be comfortable. The full kitchen is very well equipped and spacious with high quality appliances and counter top. The view is to die for: Molokai and Lanai in the distance and moored boats in the foreground, with the occasional whale spout in between. The location is very convenient. It is a twenty minute walk to the Lahaina shopping district and only a four or five minute walk to the Safeway shopping center. Likewise, there are four restaurants with ocean views within a five minute stroll. We particularly liked the relatively new restaurant, Honu. We will definitely return to this condo on our next trip to Maui, and we highly recommend it without reservation.

Seriously everything we needed. In the morings, we made coffee and sat on the lanai watching the sea turtles play. At sunset, we had cocktails and watched the sun set over Lani'i. For dinner, we grilled fish that we picked up at the groceries stores just 3 blocks away. The condo had all of the beach gear (chairs, mats, towels) we needed, and even snorkle gear that we took out! The place is nicer than it looks in the pictures, very well maintained, clean, has everything you need (blender for smoothies!). We even went home with clean clothes (has a washer and dryer). Wi-fi worked great and I was able to do some work. Close to downtown Lahaina, Kanapali, and most importantly, great to come back to after a day of exploring! we stayed a week and were so so sad to leave. I will be back.

Elegant, Beautiful Condo!!

My husband and I loved staying here! The condo was spotless and looked like a professional decorated it. The kitchen and bathroom had so many amenities (thank you for the motion sickness medicine!). It is about a mile north of all the downtown action. It is right on the water, and the views from the lanai are breathtaking. We loved having breakfast out there! So why minus 1 star? No beach access. VERY unfriendly property manager (not the owner's fault). And the couch, while beautiful, is not very comfortable. I guess we shouldn't be spending that much time on it though!! :) We'd definitely stay here again. I miss it already!

Owner response:We always love input and I agree with Sydney regarding the manager. Other owners and I have been working with the Board to have him removed as he has been a problem at times. My response to the couch is that I have never had a complaint in the past 5 years regarding the couch. We advertise the unit as oceanfront not beachfront. The dwelling is so close to the ocean it is like being on a boat. Sydney had questions prior to her booking regarding oceanfront versus beachfront and I explained to her it was oceanfront. Beachfront units are usually more expensive. We always give directions and ideas to guests reagrding beaches within walking distance as well as driving. As most know there is no shortage of beaches in the immediate area.

the condo looks even better then the pictures that they show on here. we were wary on wither it would look like the pictures or not. We were very pleased in the outcome. the condo has every pot and pan, knife set, cutlery, mixing bowl, dinnerware, coffee, microwave, regular oven and toaster oven among other things. You can cook a 5 star meal here with out breaking a sweat and the dishes are white and square so it will look 5 star even if you only heated up left-overs. The free Wi-Fi was a great help also the international cable TV was a bonus. We had the honeymoon of a life time and will we be definitely be coming back soon. We wish we could of stayed longer. The owner and property manager are very helpful. we ordered 2 lies and a bottle of champagne and Cherise the property manager was kind enough to have it set up for us when we arrived. It was picture perfect. Make sure you stop at the Condo before you go shopping due to the fact that people stay there all the time and leave supplies for the next group. such as shampoo and sunblock and ketchup mustard and other condiments. It can save you a lot of money due to everything having to be shipped from the main land. (You will suffer a little Sticker-shock) There was a frommers guide book leftover from someone. we left a Maui revealed book there with a Road to Hana CD, among other guides and info. In a way i don't want to write that we had a great time there so it will stay a well kept secret, but we want people who are on a small budget like us to be able to live like kings while they are in paradise. Most condo's look like the are stuck int the 70's but this condo is high tech and very pleasing to the eye. I could write good things forever about this place. There also is a guest book so take the time to write about our trip it as fun reading about other peoples trips, it gave us some extra ideas. Also the condo is on the beginning of front street. A great location., Like I said we will be back soon. I hope you enjoy yourself like my new husband and I did while we were there.
