This unit is well located in a complex adjacent to the Tahquitz Creek Golf Course. The complex has on-site lighted tennis courts, swimming pools, and hot pools with jets. A supermarket and restaurant are a short five to ten minute walk (two or three blocks).
This condo is light and bright, with the advantage of an extra window because it is an end-unit. It is on the second floor, and has a balcony with table, chairs, and grass outdoor carpet. The balcony has a view to the pool, plus the benefit of not being in front of the pool, so it is quiet. The private full-size washing machine and full-size dryer are located in the storage area off the balcony.
