  I just got home from Maui after staying four wonderful weeks in this condo. It was beautiful, clean, and had everything that you could imagine needing. And more! Thank you very much to the owners for making my vacation so comfortable. I will definitely be returning to Maui and hope to be fortunate enough to stay in this condo again....!   Well, our wonderful Maui vacation has now come to a close and what a marvelous time it's been. What really added to our experience was the use of your condo. We have stayed in one other one and have many friends and family who have stayed in many of the others here in Kamaole Sands. Your beds were wonderful (especially the queen) and such lovely sheets! Your kitchen is stocked better than my own home kitchen is. We did not need for anything! All the beach toys which were available to us was another perk we appreciated. The whales were active, the snorkeling amazing, the weather warm and the sights and smells perfect! Thanks so much for the care you take of your Kihei home. It felt like home to us. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Mahalo!! and ALOHA to you and yours.

  I love kihei and I always stay across from kam beach III. The area has everything you'll need: food, shops, etc. The beaches right across the street are beautiful and family friendly; even little kids can enjoy these beaches. As far as the condo, the owner is so nice, helpful, and is great with communicating back and forth. The condo has two wonderful bathrooms, a beautiful kitchen with everything you'll need, a beautiful bedroom, and a spacious living room area. There is a lanai and washer and dryer too!!! Everything has been updated and very comfortable to be in, just like a nice home! I stayed on the pullout couch and my friend stayed in the bedroom, which she loved and enjoyed very much. I chose to stay on the pullout bed because I tend to stay up later washing clothes. The pullout bed worked out great with the extra cushion that is located in the closet. There are a lot of beach items in the lanai closet, which works for a whole family! I would definitely stay at this condo again!!! Very pleasant stay and a short walk to the beach, which I love walking to the beach rather than always driving. The owner also has awesome books about exploring Maui on the coffee table in the living room, which are very helpful if you have not been to Maui. My friend and I went ziplining, snorkeling on molokini with trilogy company which is family owned, great people and a wonderful snorking trip! You must go to lahaina and Paia! If you have never been to Maui then the road to Hana and Haleakala Crater are nice areas to explore. If going to Hana, make sure and leave early, bring packed lunches, and come back when it is still light! Anyways, A++++condo! We loved our stay, great location and beautiful grounds around condo!

  This was our second stay at this Condo. We are still in mourning from leaving this wonderful accommodation and Maui.This unit is awesome. Everything you possible need is available for you. Ice cooler,beach chairs,towels, boogie boards,snorkel gear. They have AC, 2 bathrooms which is great. Its beautiful kitchen is a pleasure to fix a meal. The lanai is so perfect for morning coffee etc. The complex is very well cared for. A swim across the street a Kamole Beach III and a nice swim in the pool/hot tub at night. So relaxing. The owners are wonderful and have thought of everything. The location, in our opinion ,is the best in South Kihei. Can't wait to go back.

  We couldn't ask for a better place for our honeymoon! Thank you so much for letting us stay here Marianne and Anton! After 18 months of wedding planning, all my wife wanted to do was relax. This place really made that possible. The bed was extremely comfortable, the ceiling fan was more than enough to keep us cool at night. Two full bathrooms was really nice! We only have one at home and boy do we already miss having two. We really enjoyed how we didn't need to bring anything. This place has it all. The beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, and snorkel gear all came in handy! We even got to see a sea turtle at Kam Beach III! Awesome place! Definitely recommend! Thank you thank you thank you!!

  Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful condo with us. We had such a wonderful week in Kihei! We really appreciate the extra litte things your condo offered, Kyle loved the boogie boards, the cooler & chairs, perfect for long days at Kam beaches.   This is our 6th time to Kam Sands Resort. You have a great location-sunny and no wind in the A.M.-with no rain and very laid back. We enjoyed the updates, beach stuff and large shady lanai. There are so many things to do on Maui-we are finding new things to do every time we come! We love it here.-this is our favorite vacation spot. Hopefully-"God willing" we will be back soon.

  We really enjoyed staying in this condo. It was very relaxing having all the amenities of home. The bed is super comfortable and there are many unlisted amenities like hair driers and irons. We loved having an on suit washer and dryer (something not common in other condo developments in the area). Kihei is a great town and many wonderful restaurants are within walking distance of this condo. The beach is fantastic and you can sit and watch the wales for hours. The sand is very soft, no need for water shoes, and the swimming is great. We plan to stay here again on our next trip to Maui.

  We have had such an amazing vacation here in Maui. Thank you for sharing your apartment with us-it's such a great location and the grounds are so well kept. The apartment has everything we could have needed and more. Our favourite beach was Makena for the views and Kam II and III for snorkeling. We also drove up to the volcano one morning. We visted the west coast of Maui but have to say that we prefer the more relaxed south side. Thank you again.

  Our family just returned from a 7 night stay at this fabulous condo. This is a very clean and nicely updated condo in the wonderful Kamaole Sands complex. The condo has a/c in both sleeping areas, a beautifully updated kitchen, two updated bathrooms (no sharing with your kids!) and a very large and private lanai. The owners have beach towels, pool noodles, beach chairs, boogie boards, coolers, snorkeling equipment and sand toys so you don't need to bring anything! The complex is very close to dining and shopping and across the street from a wonderful beach. The complex is also very clean and constantly maintained. The pool area is wonderful and the pool is warm and kept open late for the night swimmers. We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! The owners are wonderful. They respond quickly to questions and are very easy to rent from. Rent with confidence!

  Our family of 4 spent 7 lovely nights at Marianne's condo. The condo is well kept with everything you need. We love the location of this complex as you are close to everything that Kihei has to offer and also close Wailea. The complex is very well kept. The condo is a short walk to the pool and a bit off the beaten path. The patio is large and very relaxing. The kitchen is updated and has everything you need. My kids (3 and 5) loved the small children's pool and it allowed us some relaxation as we didn't have to worry about them in the shallow water. The pool area also has ping pong table and foosball. The atmosphere is very relaxed and we met nice people at the pool area. We loved Kihei Cafe for breakfast- which is close by. I would highly recommend this condo and this complex to anyone traveling to Maui. We spent the first 5 nights in Kaanapali and actually prefer Kihei. There are great restaurants, beaches and better weather on this side of the island!

  I honestly cannot think of anything more we could have needed in a vacation property. The condo was clean, bright, very well-stocked with towels, extra linens, beach coolers, toys and even chairs. The owners were, and have been fantastic to deal with (we're already corresponding about a longer stay next year)! The grounds and security at Kamaole Sands is of a high standard and the facility as a whole offers everything any type of traveller needs. And the location for beaches, shopping and dining can't be beat. My family and I highly recommend this rental unit, but would prefer if you didn't book it for when we want to go back! Thank you to the owners for such an enjoyable stay.

  We had such a terrific time in our 2 weeks there that we tried to extend our stay! Since the unit was booked by others, we only got one more day. A fun, comfortable, clean, updated unit conveniently stocked with snorkeling equipments & beach toys! A great location - lovely walks along the beach, gorgeous sunsets, sandy beaches, great snorkeling, fantastic & affordable restaurants, & more - all walking distance.... & a caring owner who is interested in making your stay wonderful. We would stay there again!

  This unit has all the amenities one could desire for a great, relaxing vacation. It is conveniently located to access the pool, parking, and BBQs. It is quiet with a large, private lanai. New owners are very accommodating and have been making upgrades. We would stay there again in a heartbeat and recommend it for anyone wanting to have a nice stay at Kamaole Sands.
