WE are located across the river from Needles CA. Turn off your GPS, it will tell you to go right after the bridge. From Needles cross the bridge. At the end of bridge go left on Dike Rd. The Brown wall and black gate is the place. Nunber to get in 1948.
We are the Fourth property on the river. From the home you can see the river from the enlarged front porch . River is a short walk to the beach down the ramp. Yes we do live in the front house, but the river front is all yours. You will have the full use of the beach and adjacent property. There are Two lots with ample parking for all the boats.
The home has three bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 queen-beds and 2 twin-beds, sleeper sofa. All electric with air & furnace. Glass top stove, refrigerator with ice and water in the door. Fully furnished including all linens, appliances, dishwasher, washer & dryer. 2 Dish TV's and 2 players.
Gas BBQ. We have 2 lots so there is a large parking for boats and RV’s
