This was my first time in Brian Head, Utah and we could not have had a better time. This Villa/Condo was amazing and the price we paid was very reasonable. The place is about a 100ft walk to the Navajo ski chair lift, we walked to the lift in maybe 3 minutes, which is very nice. This condo is perfect and I was very happy with how honest the owner was about the Villa. I will rent is Villa again and would recommend this place to all my friends. The owner was also very helpful if there was any questions at all. Rent this place, you won't regret it.

We spent 9 days at this property. We enjoyed every minute. We loved the ability to eat locally or jump in the car & take a little drive to town. We very much enjoyed the pool, spas, steam room & sauna. The facility is well kept & the staff were friendly & helpful. The kitchenette had everything & more then I needed. The cooler weather was extremely pleasant in this higher elevated area. The walking path begins right outside, along with ATV riding trails. Local grocery & great pizza just up the road. So much to do!!! I cannot express how much my family enjoyed our vacation. We will be back!!! And we are telling our friends!

Thank you so very much for your beautiful condo. Brian Head is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay very much. The staff at both restaurants were amazing, they were courteous and so very helpful. Our stay at this beautiful condo was fabulous. My husband, teenage daughter and myself fit comfortably. The furnishings, attention to detail, and comfort are exactly as they are described in the listing. The owners are very nice and really want to make sure that your stay is a great experience. The property was very nice and well-maintained. The lodge staff were very accommodating and the onsite cafe had delicious food. We would definitely return, and hope to visit this coming winter.

The room was immaculate and designed beautifully. Everything looked new!!! Although it was slightly small for four, however, it met the needs of my family of four very well. The pool and hottub were in a building steps away, and the onsite restaurant was good. We did not try and cook besides microwaving some leftovers. The microwave and refrigerator were very helpful. I was very happy with the condo.
