The gas fireplace provides ambiance without the mess, and the house is well stocked with many thoughtful extras. There is a small back yard and a one-car garage with two other parking spaces. Comcast On Demand cable with Stars Premium Channel, gas barbecue, all linens including beach towels, coffee and tea bar for morning relaxation and all soaps, shampoos and conditioners.
The addition of a new 5 person spa and a 4 person sauna with stereo allow for complete relaxation.
The house is newly painted in soothing colors, new carpet and linoleum, tile bath and has many custom touches. Owner operated, it is kept with pride in excellent condition.
