My family stayed in this house for a mini vacation over labor day weekend. The house was very clean and well equipped with toys, dvds, beach equipment and kitchen supplies. Everything we needed was there. Our kids loved the space and even though there were 8 of us staying there, we had plenty of space and never felt crowded. Sean (the owner) was so great to work with and was always quick to respond to any questions we had and made us feel very welcome in his home. Even though we were coming the week after hurricane Irene hit, Sean was right on top of making sure the house was not damaged and communicating to us quickly that everything would be fine for our vacation which was so comforting. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Everything about thsi place exceeded my very high expectations. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The decor, furniture, and kitchen made it easy for our party to really settle in and relax. The place was extremely clean and comfortable. Plenty of movies and games for the kiddies, and plenty of space for the adults to take a break! The beach was amazing. it was like a movie!!! A quick 15 minute walk got us there twice a day. There were plenty of boogie boards and beach chairs at the house to take with us to the ocean. The area is very family friendly. We felt welcome and happy everywhere we went. I cannot say enoguh about how great this place is!!!!!! Will be renting again.

The Tequila Sunrise was the perfect home for our group. The pictures on the website were accurate and the amenities were great. Most of our time was spent in the outdoor pool area, the bottom floor game room, and of course the beach. It was nice to have the ability to stay at the house when the weather wasn't good and enjoy the pool, hot tub, and game room. All the appliances worked great, and we didn't experience any problems while at the house other than the pool filter becoming clogged (the pool man walked me through an easy fix over the phone) . The owner was right on top of any emails I sent him, and seemed prepared to handle any issues we may have had. The shopping near by was just about a mile up the road and had everything you could possibly need. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and relatives.

We had a great time in OBX at Tequila Sunrise. The house was a great size and in a great location. Everything we could possibly need was within a mile from the home, even better the beach was just a short walk away. The home had everything we needed and more such as beach chairs/toys, kitchen supplies, and a huge collection of great DVDS. Tequila Sunrise is a place we would highly reccomend to anyone looking to vacation in OBX.

Everything you've ever wanted in a vacation home is located right in Tequlia Sunrise. It's spaceious and absolutely stunning. Sean, was extremely helpful. I deffineitly look forward to staying here again. So close to the beach and Timbuck II (shopping center). The decks on the 2nd and 3rd floor are so relaxing, the pool and hottub add a perfect touch to the house. This house is perfect for a girls get away, families with teenagers, groups of friends and such. Thank you sean for making our stay the most comfortable vacation ever.

Sean was extremely helpful and welcoming. His house is so beautiful. The movie selection was endless. It's a great getaway for a week, in a nice quiet part of corolla. Beach is walking distance. I would recommend this house for a family trip or a small group of friends.

This house comparing to other rentals at OBX was very well equipped. All bathrooms, kitchen, game room has everything provided, starting from towels, blankets and sheets, cleaning supplies, coffee filters, but also plenty of entertaining supplies such as board games, a huge collection of DVD movies. This would be a good rental for a family gathering, group of friends or multi-family gathering. There is plenty of activities for everybody, kids and adults alike. The beach is a bit far (5-10 mins walk), but the walk is quite enjoyable: there is a nice walking path around the lake that leads to a boardwalk crossing the dunes. The house is located in a close distance to Harris Teeter and there is also a very nice shopping center /village 3 minutes going in opposite direction towards Corolla Lighthouse. There are many little stores there, but I also notices miniature golf and go-cards. Overall, we had a great time spending our Thanksgiving week-end there.

Three couples gathered together to stay at Tequila Sunrise for the weekend and we were pleasantly surprised. The home was spotless, comfortable and amazingly functional for everyone. It was on a cudalsac which was nice and just a short walk from the lake where walks were much enjoyed. Every adult room had a deck which was great. You could listen to music inside and out- while enjoying a game of pool or a swim in the hot tub. This place is perfect. I have stayed at several places in OBX and this one is at the top and incredibly afforable. The owners were kind and thoughtful YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

Our group has rented the Tequila Sunrise house two years in a row, and had a great experience with the house and the Mastermans both times. Sean Masterman was very good about responding and communicating with us before, during, and after our stays. The house is excellent, equipped with plenty of entertainment in case the weather doesn't cooperate. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed the comforts of your lovely home. Everything was awesome. The weather couldn't get any better. The pool and hot tub were so relaxing. The location was just right. The walk to the beach was also the perfect distance. Thank you so much for the welcome gift, it was very thoughtful. The boys, wife and I enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. The whole week was a welcome break from the grind of our everyday working lives/school. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Eight of us - We stayed at Tequila Sunrise 7/3 - 7/10/10. The first wonderful surprise was the CLEAN and sparkling pool and hot tub! Nice big grill (which we used daily). The kitchen was fully stocked - it truly had everything we needed plus+. The photos on the website are great but you will be even more pleased when you actually arrive. The living room is huge! There is plenty of comfortable seating to just relax. We used the deck off the living room daily for dinner in the evening - nice views. Bedrooms were nice size. The house was very spacious and very clean. The rec room has a pool table, large flat screen and stereo system that you could also enjoy in the pool area. The lighting and music at night in the pool area was alot of fun for the whole family. You are at the end of a cul-de-sac and it is very private. I would definately suggest bringing bikes. The bike ride to the beach was 4-5 minutes tops. We apprecited working with the owner directly and not a rental agency. He gave us alot of information on the beach house as well as the surrounding area which was appreciated. We went out with Captain John & 1st mate Omy on C Therapy - Corolla Bait & Tackle Charter Fishing and caught our limit of amberjack (fish to take home). That was FUN. Went to the off road beach - beautiful! Right up the street - Tim Buck II - lots to do there. Kids rented kayaks for the beach a day. Ate at the Tomato Patch - yum! I would definately recommend this property to friends & family!

Thank you for the best Mother /Daughter vacation ever! Your house i beautiful and we loved all of the pictures of your family all over the house.The weather was AWESOME!! We loved your movie collection. I think we watched one every night. Thank you for letting us stay here. It was an wonderful way to end our Senior Year!
