Beautiful private family home only steps from the beach [1/2 block east] and the intercoastal [1/2 block west] with water taxi's.
Fully-furnished and redecorated rooms. Polished terrazzo marble floors throughout. Take a short walk to cabaret-style restaurants on the boardwalk for dinner or minutes' drive to night life, music and cuisine in the 'new in place to go' of downtown Hollywood. If, instead, you like the crush and excitement of the
crowds, you are only 15 minutes North by car to Ft. Lauderdale's night life, or 20 minutes South to Miami and South Beach.
House/Room Details:
Central air-conditioning and heating. All rooms have ceiling fans and jalousie windows for natural cooling on balmy nights. Fully-stocked with dishes, linens and extras like beach chairs, games.
Master bedroom: with king-sized bed, private all-ceramic tile full bath with ceiling heater and brand new vanity, walk-in closet, bureau, dresser, nightstands and cable TV.
Second bedroom: has double bed with closet, dresser and nightstands.
Third bedroom: with two twins, closet, dresser and nightstands. All bedrooms are equipped with comfortable new mattresses.
Second Ceramic tile full bath: with new vanity. Conveniently located in the hallway between the second and third bedroom.
Large dining room (see photo): complete with beautiful Key West-style furnishings. Table and chairs seat six to eight.
Newly-renovated, fully-equipped, eat-in kitchen:
with dishwasher, ceramic tile counters, ceramic stovetop with oven, second oven converts from microwave to regular oven to "speedcooker". Fully stocked with dishes, silverware, glasses, pots, pans and small appliances. Large walk-in pantry.
Large, separate living room (see photo): newly-furnished with chair and ottoman, two sofas (one with queen pullout bed), Cable TV/VCR.
Separate laundry room: with new washer and dryer, utility sink, and indoor beach shower.
Sun porch: with pillowed, redwood chaise lounge and deck chair.
Off-street parking with attached private car port. Building constructed of solid concrete affording quiet, safe
and secure atmosphere.
Activities and Attractions: Swimming and sun bathing on the "Blue Wave," awarded Hollywood beach only one block East. The "Blue Wave" designation is awarded to only the best beaches in the country. Lifeguards posted daily make Hollywood Beach safe for families and their children. Bikes of all types are rentable on the boardwalk. Separate lanes segregate walkers and riders preventing collisions. Watercraft (e.g. Sea-Dos, etc.) and other rentals are just up the road for use on the intercoastal or ocean. Off-hours you can go surf fishing or catch a big one only minutes away at the famous Dania Fishing Pier.
Or, if you like another type of sport, try the world's fastest, Jai-Alai played at the Dania fronton. There are Golf courses minutes away in every direction (but due East ;-). Movie theatres, Casinos, Playhouses, restaurants, shops, art galleries all minutes away in downtown Hollywood, Ft. Lauderdale or Miami with a range of style and price to suit any taste or income bracket.

- Beach View : Front porch is slightly above street level and about an 9 iron from the beach. So if neighbors hedge is trimmed and parked cars don't block view you can see the beach from the porch. But better to just walk there.
