$500 Deposit due at booking. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival (60 days for Christmas/New Year's).
There is a fee of $100 for cancellations received 30 days prior to arrival (60 days for Christmas /New Years).
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival or after arrival will be pro-rated if the unit is able to be re-rented.

We stayed at this condo and we couldn't be more pleased with the room and our stay. Ken was extremely helpful with questions when booking, our arrival and during our stay. We were late in arriving and called Ken on the way from the airport. His person could not stay to greet us as he had another appt. but they had the condo all ready for us. The windows were open, they had coupons for activities and restaurants and some chocolate on the table for us. Ken asked me to call when we got there to make sure we made it and if there was anything we needed. I bombarded him with questions which he was very gracious and patient in answering them all. When you walk in the door and look straight ahead you will see the most amazing view of the ocean! The first thing we did was hit the lanai and take it all in. The grounds and the pool are very well kept and clean. There are lots of lounge chairs on the grass under nice shaded palm trees. The beach is awesome. We took walks in the morning and evening. Walking the beach at sunset was something else. It was very quiet and peaceful. No crowds. There were 4 other condos on the beach near us and after that there is miles of untouched beach. As for the condo itself, there are approx. 50 units. The unit we were in was great!! Our unit was very clean and the kitchen had everything you would need for cooking. The beds were comfortable. Extra blankets in the closet if needed. There were plenty of towels, beach towels, beach chairs, movies, books, etc. Bedrooms are spacious with lots of drawer and closet space. There are also ceiling fans in the bedrooms and extra fans in the closet if needed. There is a washer and dryer in the unit as well which was great having. There is a BBQ for grilling. Across the street is a farmer's market with fresh fruit and vegetables with reasonable prices. ABC next door to market. Next door to the resort is a canoe club. We really enjoyed watching the races, especially the high schools. The resort is also centrally located from anything. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Airport took us 15 minutes. Costco, K-Mart, and Wal-mart are by the airport. My overall review of this place and Ken with 5 star Maui Resorts are all fives (5). This was the perfect place for us. We will be back!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.
