Lone Palm Retreat can be found in Legacy Park, a prestigious new development which provides the ultimate in luxury and privacy. The villa is finished to the highest standards with marble finishes and the highest standard of furniture.
Many pools in Florida villas do not offer the holiday maker enough space around the edge for lounging by the pool-side. With this in mind, Lone Palm Retreat has a pool deck which has been extended by an extra 10 feet allowing plenty of space. The pool is also custom-designed with a central elevated hot tub and beautiful water features!
The villa itself is truly huge! Compare the 3,500 square feet with the other villas on this site. Lone Palm Retreat has been interior-designed throughout and is tastefully furnished. The prices too are unbeatable (at the moment!). We're trying to get as much occupancy we can in the first few years we've owned the villa, so take advantage of the great value while you can!

Why the Owner Chose Legacy Park
I decided to buy the villa in Legacy Park, as it's a lovely second home which I knew my family would enjoy visiting regularly. Although it's over 4000 miles from home for us, we feel just as comfortable at Lone Palm Retreat, as we do back in London!
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
We don't have a private pool, hot-tub or a games room back in UK, so these benefits are great for us! The weather makes a big difference too!

I wanted to let you know that we absolutely loved the house!!! It was perfect for our large group - we loved the pool and the games room. I couldn't believe how big it was... I think the master bedroom upstairs was bigger than the entire second floor of my house in Massachusetts!!! It was in a great location - close to the Publix and close to Disney. Thanks again!

We (the grandparents) survived Disney. The house was wonderful! I think the kids had more fun in the pool than Disney. We were ready for home but all wanted to take your home, home with us! In closing I wanted to thank you again for opening your home to us.

I'm sorry it's taken so long for me to contact you and to tell you what a wonderful time we had at your house in Florida. The house was in immaculate condition when we arrived and the manager was very helpful when we had questions. The material that you prepared, that explains what to do in the house, where to go and how to close up the house was extremely helpful. The house was perfect; plenty of room for ten people and it made our vacation so easy and convenient. Our children and grandchildren enjoyed every minute. Thank you again.

We had a fabulous time in your villa, the pool was great and the weather has been fantastic since we arrived. There was lots of room for us and the villa had everything that we needed. The guy from the management company was there the first day fixing the netting round the pool and he was very helpful and friendly. Thankfully we didn’t have to phone them for anything. We’re coming back in October but I notice your villa is booked then. However, will definitely keep you in mind for the future. Thanks again.

We have now returned from Florida and had a great time. Many thanks for renting us your fantastic villa - it was perfect for us. It gave us plenty of space and with 13 of us (consisting of 4 families) it was ideal with the en-suite bathrooms and the large living area. We would all definitely return and recommend your villa to friends and family. You have been most helpful throughout, with excellent directions and information on the villa. We had a wonderful time in your villa. It was very spacious. We were never in each other's way. For nine adults to stay together and never be in each other's way was nice. The house is very nice and accommodating. We loved all of it. The only thing we regret is not having enough time to just spend at the house. It would be a vacation in its own. We will surely contact you again in the future.
