Completely restored in 2004, the house offers a wide range of amenities. Oriental rugs cover the beautiful, original hardwood floors. The Living Room with a sandstone fireplace opens to a large dining room with seating for 10 or more. This house is owned by a chef and her husband who love to cook so the kitchen with it's six burner Viking cooktop and double ovens, is state of the art. Granite counter tops and a large island create a cooks dream kitchen. The Great Room has a warm and inviting Tennessee stack-stone fireplace and is open to the kitchen. Over-stuffed furniture, wide-screen TV, DVD, VCR, full cable service and a multi-room sound-system makes this house inviting to relax in. The greatroom opens to a billiards room on one side and a beautiful screened porch on the other. The porch spills out to our private outdoor setting. Three stone patios offer a variety of seating arrangements all landscaped for ultimate privacy. One patio offers a complete outdoor kitchen with a gas grill/rotisserie, stainless steel smoker, and refrigerator. The chef is not alone as this patio is anchored by a built in bar and large stone fireplace. There are multiple seating arrangements which makes this a year-round vacation escape. Entertain in or out in this magnificent setting. A wide graceful staircase leads to four bedrooms on the second floor of the house. The master bedroom has a king bed, full bath and double atrium doors leading to a private balcony. Two bedrooms have queen beds and one has a single bed with a trundle for additional sleeping accommodations. Located on a private driveway in the front and private drive in the back, parking is never a problem. |
