The moment you walk into our newly-renovated townhome your stay will be relaxing and filled with as many activities as you wish to encounter. Positioned out near the point on beautiful Lake Chatuge, our townhouse offers magnificent views down the lake as well as majestic mountain backdrops. Our large grassy yard slopes gently to the lake where a private three-slip-deep water dock awaits your fishing, swimming, and boating enjoyment!
This two bedroom, two and-a-half bathroom townhome features a large vaulted ceiling family room with gas burning fireplace. The master bedroom (King bed) overlooks the lake with full bathroom and jacuzzi jet bathtub. The second bedroom with full bathroom sleeps four with queen bed and oversized bunk beds.
Enjoy dining at the many fine restaurants within minutes of our townhouse or stay home and be the chef in our fully-equipped, newly-redone kitchen. Retreat out to the upper deck after dinner where rocking chairs await. There, you will witness the many colors and reflections the lake and mountains display as the sun sets on another day in paradise.

Why the Owner Chose Hiawassee
We love the view of the mountains and the lake that we have the minute you walk in the door of our vacation home. Our location is close to town and yet you feel far away from "civiliation" at the same time. We wanted to be in a nice "neighborhood" setting while still having our privacy. Our quiet culde sac offers this and more!
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
Our new dock has been a wonderful improvement to our property. We enjoy swimming and boating from it every day. We truly feel like we have equipped our property with everything we need while we are on vacation - never missing the comforts of home. The furnishings are all new and the porperty is not "over rented," keeping it in great condition so that it can be enjoyed by our renters and by us too when we come "home" for a visit.
Quite, peaceful culdesac in Nanatahala Bay. Conveniently located near all the conveniences of "town." A great neighborhood for walking and running - if you don't mind a few hills!

My wife and I fell in love with Hiawasse the first time we drove into the town. We love the water and the mountains views and Hiawasse clearly has the best of both! We wanted our kids to grow up experiencing nature and remembering great family times in a special place like the Blue Ridge Mountains. We have loved every minute spent together in our vacation home and look forward to every trip like we are going for the first time!
