Pets Welcome in this rental at the beach. Non-smoking, three-story, 1200 square foot townhouse with back yard area and a small deck off third floor bedroom. Two bedrooms with a full bed and 2 fulls on third floor bedroom. Fourteen condos share a pool with lounge furniture, outside shower, charcoal grills and Weekend Security Gaurds.

Located on beachside of Route 1 right before Dewey Beach, easy two block walk through residential neighborhood to a quiet beach, no major roads to cross on the way. Easy walk to Rehoboth Boardwalk or Dewey Beach, close to Boating, Fishing (Ocean and Bay), Water Sports, Restaurants and Night Clubs. Two assigned parking spaces available per condo, additional street parking is available one block from condo for no additional charge.

Your deposit is due within 10 days of your reservation by either personal check, money order, or cashier's check. The balance for your stay is due 30 days prior to your arrival in the form of either a personal check, cashier's check or money order (no exceptions). There is a $300 Security Deposit and a $65 Reservation Fee, and a $200 pet fee if applicable.
