This spacious, fourteen-hundred-square-foot,10th floor ( five floors above pool deck ) Sunrise Beach unit is Panama City Beach's newest resort condominium. The unit is professionally decorated throughout with complete new furnishings. The breathtaking sunset, and gulf views from our private twenty-six foot long balcony will put you in the comfort of beachfront vacationing.
There are two, seventy-five-foot long, beachfront pools, along with a spray kids pool. The pool decks are spacious with easy access to the beach. A parking garage with elevators is conveniently located under the condominium. There is full view of both pools from the balcony.
The family room has a plasma TV. The master and quest room has TV's as well. All have DVD's.
The master bedroom faces the gulf with balcony access and a private full bathroom. The second bedroom contains a queen bed and a private full bathroom. The third bedroom is furnished with a trundel bed, and a queen sofa bed in the living room provides additional bedding.

Our February 2011 stay was absolutely wonderful. This condo is within walking distance to a number of attractions, restaurants and shopping...1 mile from Pier Park. The beaches are beautiful. This complex is secure and well kept. Highly recommended.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children.

Everything was great. The beach was awesome. Was on the calm part not the rough wndy area. Pool great. Had everything you need but food. Saw dolphins from the balcony. Will come back again.

We are a family with small children and recently rented this condo for the week. It was fantastic. The entire process was very smooth. The condo was very nice, very large, clean and well decorated. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
