Too many other areas on the gulf have huge traffic jams in the summer and we just hate to sit in traffic when we should be having fun. We are located less than 2 miles west of the all-new Pier Park Mall with loads of restaurants, shopping and entertainment.

Emerald Isle is a small building on the quiet west end of the beach. We have everything that the other resorts have without the huge crowds of people. It's kind of a unique building since we also have the highest rate of owners living there year-round. That means that we have a strong homeowners association to make sure that things are maintained.
