My family and I rented this beachside condo for our first family vacation! EVERYTHING was beautiful! The owner was a pleasure to work with! If you want a wonderful home away from home, you found the right place!! There is nothing like going to bed, and waking up to this priceless view!!

Condo on the beach was AMAZING!! Everything was beautiful, including the sunsets over the beach and relaxing to waves of the ocean! Will definately be returning!!

Thank you Dan for allowing my family and me the opportunity to stay in your condo. The place was very nice and exceeded our expectations with the upgraded appliances and beautiful decor. I have stayed at other condo's but Dan made staying at this condo much easier and was always available with any questions that I might have. The room is right beside the elevator and I was a little nervous at first about the noise factor but I actually never heard anyone who was walking by the room or waiting at the elevator which was very nice! I would recommend anyone to stay here and rent from Dan and his wife.

Family Spring Break

This condo easily matched expectations; nicely appointed furnishings, very clean and well-designed; we took advantage of wi-fi, 3 TV's, well-equipped kitchen, and washer/dryer. We spent most time on the beautiful balcony. Excellent property features and staff, amazing views, and very nice beach. The storage closet full of beach supplies was an amazing bonus--we used boogie boards and beach chairs. This owner was very attentive, thorough, and accessible, a pleasure to rent from. We would come back again. We all enjoyed the easy trek to the beach and both pools. I also made near daily walks to the donut shop for breakfast and paper. We also made near daily treks to Pier Park for shopping and a couple meals; Back Porch Grill, yes; Dick's Last Resort, no. We also made a couple treks towards Seaside and Sea Grove for dinner; Angelinas for pizza, YES, Old Florida Fish House, another winner. Despite LOTS of college spring breakers in the area, this location is well positioned away from "ground zero; we had no concerns with our kids.

Thank you for sharing this condo, the unit was extremely clean and beautiful. My wife and her mother had a wonderful time shopping, walking on the beach and listening to the waves from the balcony. This was our first time utilizing vrbo and you made it a pleasant experience and would do so again. Dear Barbara and Dan, Just wanted to send a quick note to say how much we enjoyed our trip to Panama City. The Condo was all you said it would be, plus a lot more. The view from the balcony was beautiful. I had mentioned to you how well the bed slept, best rest I've had in a while. Turn the A/C off, open the balcony door in the Master BR and slept while the waves crashed. Even the towels and the wash cloths were great!! I really appreciate your help since this was our first time going through VRBO. I can assure you, there are no regrets on this end. Thank you so much for your help and for allowing us to share your home away from home. We certainly look forward to going back again ASAP. We loved this ocean side unit. Convenient and beautifully appointed. Keyless entry was great - no keys at the beach to keep watch on. The sunset views were amazing. You will not be disappointed.

Late Summer Vacation

We had a great vacation and loved this condo!! The building was clean and in a quiet location. The condo itself was beautiful, comfortable, and just as described. The sand is clean and white and the there is so much for families to do in PCB! Would love to come again!

This was our second vacation at property #79409 and as with our previous stay we could not have been happier with the accommodations. Recent updates continue to make this unit the best on the beach. PCB West location is one of the best kept secrets on the Gulf. We would not consider any other area or condo. We will be back!

Outstanding Condo

My wife, 5 year old son, and I stayed in this condo the first two weeks of May. This was absolutely the best beach condo we've ever rented. We have stayed at Emerald Isle before, but this rental sets the bar high. It was unbelievable clean, with nice new furniture, extremely comfortable beds, and flat screen TVs in every room. The granite countertops and stainless steel appliances made me feel like I was at home. The filtered water available in the refrigerator was great (no need to purchase excessive amounts of bottled water). The memory foam beds were awesome. I slept until 9:30 every morning. The availability of the closet outside of the unit to store chairs, floats, and beach toys was the best, preventing sand being carried into the unit. I can't say enough about this unit, and the rental process with the owner was made easy. The damage deposit was credited promptly to my credit card after my departure. This is our third year in a row staying at Emerald Isle, as we love the location away from the busiest part of Panama City, but close to Pier Park and just 10 minutes away from St. Thomas Drive via Back Beach Road.

Very spacious condo and decorated beautifully. We really enjoyed the full size patio table on the deck. Everything at your fingertips and more. Huge TV in living room and very comfortable beds. Will be coming back to visit when we can!

This condo is great. The furnishings are fantastic, the beds and linens are amazing, I even loved the color of the walls. Makes me want to redecorate my home! I may even have to get the same kind of bed - it was so comfortable, I slept great even with a 10 yr old in the bed with me. I love the keyless entry too - it was so nice not to have to worry about whether everyone had a key. I didn't want to leave - and I will be back as soon as possible!

We stayed in this condo for 6 nights in October, the weather was not the greatest, but the condo was WONDERFUL!! The beds were soooo comfortable, even my 5 year old daughter commented on how soft her bed was! We will definantly come back here..i suggest this condo to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place to relax!! Trust me its so worth it!

The condo was great and so clean. The great part was the large deck and if you have a family the washer and dryer in the condo was great to have so don't pack a lot because you can do your own laundry. We had an amazing time at Panama City! The Condo was gorgeous! Beautiful ocean views. We got to watch the Dolphins swim pretty much every morning and the sunsets were to die for! We will be returning again!

Our family had a very enjoyable vacation at Emerald Isle unit 805. The beach is incredible. The unit itself has great accomodations and has a magnificent view without being too high up.
