We want to invite you to spend a "HAPPY--FUN-FILLED VACATION" at our BEACH HOME. If you are interested in a VERY CLEAN AND UPDATED HOME...then Ours is for YOU!!!
First of all: "WE HAVE NO TAXES OR HIDDEN FEES!!"
WE ONLY RENT TO FAMILIES--- WE DO NOT RENT TO PEOPLE WHO COME TO PARTY, SENIOR WEEK, or PEOPLE UNDER 25. ALSO, WE DO NOT RENT TO ADULTS THAT RENT FOR TEENAGERS AND THEN ARE NOT WITH THEM WHEN THEY VACATION. NO PETS ALLOWED! If any of these happen you will be removed from the premises by Ocean Lakes, even if it's your first day there. You will not get your deposit or any of your rent back.
All the amenities and activities of the resort are yours to enjoy when you rent our home. We are located at 1226 Shark's Tooth Trail.
(NO SMOKING AND NO PETS--NO EXCEPTIONS),
Our Home is very relaxing...living room has a sofa, love seat, chair, ceiling fan, Direct T.V., DVD player, with many DVD's for you to use on those days or nights you just want to put your feet up and relax or on a rainy day. Our home has two bedrooms with comfortable Queen size beds. We also have a queen size futon with a very thick mattress. Our home sleeps up to six.. We have two bathrooms. Master bedroom has connecting bathroom. Kitchen is very airy with new full size stove and new large microwave over stove, new side by side refrigerator/freezer, with ice-maker, electric--(toaster, coffee pot, can opener), pots, pans, dishes, glasses, coffee cups, silverware, knifes, etc. Everything you could possible need. Dining room with table and chairs (sits six). We also have an outside shower to clean those feet before you enter our home.
We have plenty of games, (monopoly, trivia, checkers, cards, kids games, etc.)coloring books, crayons, books for children and books for adults.
You can either cook in or grill out with our gas grill... your choice. Deck has glass table with very comfortable chairs. Also, have high back chairs with soft cushions to sit with a cool drink or that morning coffee and just relax.
When you rent from us we will send you an express check-in so you can pre-register your vehicle(s). During summer months this can save you from waiting in long lines. This way you skip the lines and drive straight through to our Beach Home and begin your Vacation!!

- Kid Friendly : So many things for kids to do...three kiddie pools, splash zone with water guns, games, two play grounds with slides, swings, monkey bars, etc.
- Minimum Age Limit for Renters : We do not rent to anyone under 25 years of age and only to families.
- Smoking Not Allowed : There is no smoking allowed in the house. Outside on the deck is fine.

Security/Reservation Deposit fully refundable 7-14 days after stay provided there
is no damage to home, or property and home is left clean for next guests.

We enjoyed staying at your beach house. We cooked in the kitchen most nights and we found everything we needed. The house is just as cute as it can be. We enjoyed setting on the porch and playing with the squirells. They were so funny. The only drawback we had was that we are large people and we didn't fit through the hall or the small bathroom very well and we did not fit through the shower door too well in the big bathroom. Other than that we found your home very accomodating. Ocean Lakes is always a great place to stay. Looking forward to our next visit.

Barbara, Really enjoyed staying in your beach home. It was very clean and comfortable. Comfortable furnishings and a lot of T.V. channels for the rainy days. Close enough to the beach to walk, yet far enough to be out of the crowd. Really enjoyed reading, rocking, cooking, and dining on the shady porch. An excellent value. Thank you so much for renting us your beach house for Bike Week. We had a blast and loved the house. It was nice to come "home" to the beach house after a long day of riding and playing. The Ocean Lakes staff was also very hospitable. We'll be back next year for sure!
