We want to invite you to spend some "HAPPY AND FUN-FILLED TIMES" at our BEACH HOME. If you are interested in a VERY CLEAN AND UPDATED HOME...then Ours is for YOU!!!
All the amenities and activities of the resort are yours to enjoy when you rent our home. We are located at 1226 Shark's Tooth Trail. There are so many things to keep you or your kids busy with fun-filled days on the beach or the many other free things Ocean Lakes has to offer.
We have NO HIDDEN FEES OR COST!!
Our home does not come with a golf cart and we do not have one to rent.
We have central air and heat for your comfort. We have added a boarded drive in front and brick chips for the side drive. This will keep your vehicles from getting dirty, and for your convenience we have put up a new outdoor shower, with shower stand and walk-way to keep your feet clean after you shower off. NO SMOKING AND NO PETS--NO EXCEPTIONS),
Our Home is very relaxing...livingroom has a full sofa, two footstools to keep those feet comfortable, love seat and a comfy chair, ceiling fan, TV with cable,DVD player, with many DVD's for you to use on those days or nights you just want to put your feet up and relax or on a rainy day.
Master Bedroom has a Queen Size bed, a ceiling fan, newly built Master Bath with shower, comode, sink/vanity, large over the sink mirror with lights, towel bars.
Other Bedroom has Queen Size bed. Both bedrooms have plenty of light, lots of closet and drawer space. Other bath is smaller, but has a tub, shower, sink and cabinet, comode, mirrors with cabinets.
Kitchen is very airy and has everything you need or want in a kitchen. We have a full size refrigerator, electric stove, electric can opener, electric coffee maker, microwave, electric mixer, pots, pans, bowls, plates, dishes, glasses, cups, baking pans, pizza pan, etc. The dining area has a table with four chairs and two stools.
We have a Queen Futon with a very thick mattress (not one of those thinner ones). It is very comfortable for you or the kids.
You can either cook in or grill out... your choice. Use the fully furnished kitchen with dining area or you may want to cook outside with the gas grill located on the shaded wraparound deck with table, chairs, and umbrella.
Ocean Lakes is an award-winning, family-oriented, gated, resort community with one mile of private beach, many fishing lakes, and full-time, around the clock security for your peace of mind. You can let your kids roam free and feel safe and comfortable.
There are numerous activities you can do... outdoor/indoor pools with lifeguards, kiddie pools as well as a Splash Zone, Kid's Camp, playgrounds, miniature golf, arcade, three snack bars, general store for shopping, water exercise, Bingo and shows in the recreation center.
When you rent from us we will send you an express check-in so you can pre-register your vehicle(s). During summer months this can save you from waiting in the long lines. This way you skip the lines and drive straight through to our Beach Home and begin your Vacation!!
We only rent to families. We do not rent to people who come to party, senior week, people under 21. If this happens you you will be removed from the primises by Ocean Lakes, even if it is your first day there. You will not get your deposit or any of your rent back.

- No Pets Allowed: NO PET/PETS ALLOWED INSIDE THE HOUSE OR OUTSIDE THE HOUSE. If seen or reported, you will be asked to leave and will forfeit your deposit and rest of your stay. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
- Kid Friendly: So many things for kids to do...three kiddie pools, splash zone with water guns, games, two play grounds with slides, swings, monkey bars, etc.
- Minimum Age Limit for Renters: We do not rent to anyone under 25 years of age.
- Smoking Not Allowed: There is no smoking allowed in the house. Outside on the deck is fine.

$200 Security/Reservation Deposit fully refundable within 14-21 days after stay is
over provided there is no damage to the property.
Home must be cleaned before leaving or a cleaning charge will be deducted.
