We were wowed as we entered this gorgeous, new townhome for our bear stay. It features three bedrooms, a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, wet bar, den, loft and a two-car garage. It is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood about ten minutes north of downtown Durango. The home is tastefully decorated with beautiful furniture, pictures and other accessories - we enjoyed being inside the home as much as being outside, sightseeing Durango.
The ceiling-mounted speakers distribute smooth music throughout the open area. The covered flagstone patio made the breakfast time in the backyard worthwhile. The bear cubs were delighted to watch the historic Durango-Silverton train from the backyard.
This rental property definitely ranks high in the Bear’s list for Durango.

Thank You Bill Cartwright. This townhome was clean and well furnished, there was plenty of room for my whole family. It had everything you need for a perfect vacation. The view from the patio of the Durango landscape was gorgeous and breathtaking. This home in Dalton Ranch is located close to everything you need and minutes to historic downtown Durango. This was the best vacation I have had in a long time.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.
