New luxury townhome in the Cottonwood Villas of Dalton Ranch. Beautiful new furniture and decorations by professional interior design consultant. Gourmet kitchen with all eating, cooking utensils, and appliances provided. Slab granite countertop, dishwasher, and trash compactor. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer, ironing board off kitchen.
Three gas fireplaces with one in master bedroom, living room/den, and loft. Three TVs with one in master bedroom, living room, and den. King-size bed in master bedroom, queen in one guest room, two single beds in one guest room, queen-size sleeper sofa in loft, and two single ottoman sleeper beds can be utilized in loft or den.
Adjacent to the beautiful & challenging Dalton Golf Club - open to the public. North Animas Valley location allows beautiful red cliff views.

We were wowed as we entered this gorgeous, new townhome for our bear stay. It features three bedrooms, a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, wet bar, den, loft and a two-car garage. It is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood about ten minutes north of downtown Durango. The home is tastefully decorated with beautiful furniture, pictures and other accessories - we enjoyed being inside the home as much as being outside, sightseeing Durango.
The ceiling-mounted speakers distribute smooth music throughout the open area. The covered flagstone patio made the breakfast time in the backyard worthwhile. The bear cubs were delighted to watch the historic Durango-Silverton train from the backyard.
This rental property definitely ranks high in the Bear’s list for Durango.

We secured this property along with one other in Dalton Ranch to bring the family together for our family reunion June 17-22, 2012. Our experience began at the time we first contacted Bill, the owner's agent, who was very cordial, helpful, and professional throughout. The property was as represented and there were no unpleasant surprises. It is nicely situated in a quiet neighborhood setting. There were ten in our group including three children. The kitchen is nicely equipped and you will find most or all of your needs met. We especially liked the large open area where our entire group could gather for dinner. There is a grocery store near the main entrance to the area for your food needs. Garage capacity is two cars and, as I understood, area regulations no cars allowed on the driveway or street overnight but there is adequate space for extra parking at the end of the street next to the townhome. It is a handy location to Durango area activities and I recommend it wholeheartedly.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.

Thank You Bill Cartwright. This townhome was clean and well furnished, there was plenty of room for my whole family. It had everything you need for a perfect vacation. The view from the patio of the Durango landscape was gorgeous and breathtaking. This home in Dalton Ranch is located close to everything you need and minutes to historic downtown Durango. This was the best vacation I have had in a long time.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.
