The large great room has a fireplace, a serving bar, a 42" flat screen HD TV, and an excellent sound system. The kitchen is large enough to seat ten for dinner and is filled with every amenity needed for the perfect meal. The kitchen, great room and back porch flow together wonderfully which makes this house great for entertaining and perfect for all ages. The outstanding lake view can be seen from every room.
There are three master bedrooms with king size beds. Another bedroom with two double size beds and an additional sleep room with a trundle bed (two twins). All mattresses and bedding are top-of-the-line for exquisite sleeping comfort. Each master bedroom has a private bathroom and plenty of closet space. The beautiful lake view filled with abundant wild life is a joy to awaken to each morning.
A library filled with books for all ages, a game room with poker table and bumper pool will add to your enjoyment. Upstairs has a comfortable loft which is great for alone time or reading and taking in the lake view. If down time in front of the tv is needed then choose your room. We have a dvd collection with a variety of movies to choose from. There is a lovely screened-in porch off the kitchen and a large deck off the back of the house.
The house offers an outdoor enclosed shower with hot and cold running water. The propane grill is always ready for your use. The basketball area in the driveway is a fun way to relax in the evening. There are seven adult bikes stored in the four car garage along with several sand chairs and beach toys ready for a play day on the beach.
Our location to the beach is a short five-minute bike ride on the trail called the Allie of the Oaks. The beach is 11 miles long and a thrill to bike on every day. This is the best beach biking we have ever experienced.
The island has about 30 miles of bike trails that meander everywhere you would like to go. World-class golf and tennis facilities are present on the island as well as a wonderful children's camp filled with exciting daily activities and excursions.
A marina with deep-sea fishing and sailing charters are located at the nearby Bohicket Marina. Easy access to the city of Charleston is a great addition to your vacation. Fine restaurants are present on the island as well as in the city.

May 11 2008 Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. It served our purposes fabulously. Janette and Juerg were amrried on the beach in front of the Sanctuary and we had a wondeful dinner at Jasmine Poarch. Juerg is from Switzerland and his mother and sister came over for the ceremony. Janette's parents, came from Iowa and her brothere and wife from Seattle. The weeeind, of cours, was the highlight of the week, but we also enjoyed grilling, biking, walking and swimmin in the ocean, taking walks on the beach, spotting numerous alligators and other forms of wild life, makine a ocuople of trips to Charleston and eating excellent foods in the area. The weather was perfect for the entire week. The house remarkable for all of us. Thanks, Rogers family

June 15 2008 Dear Brenda, Nick and family, Thank you so much for a beautiful week in your incredibly welcoming home. We had a wonderful time here with the relatives coming from as fas as Taipei and Shanghai to celebrate the wedding of our dear niece Michelle and her fiance. We arrived on Sunday and spent several terrifally relaxing days enjoying the beach, riding bikes on the island, spotting wildlife, birds, dolphin and deer and a bunch of alligators. We boated in the marshes, had barbeques, dinners, cocktails, brunch, and just hanging out around the house. Throughout it all we were so happy to have your lovely home to relax in and welcome quests to. You have though of everything-from bikes, locks and beach toys, chairs, towels, umbrella to serving trays and platters for entertaining: from puzzles, games in the game room to hair dryers in the bathrooms, dvd music, lots of movies to watch and stereo in the house and on the porch. The tv's were great especially the 42" HDTV in the great room. We really enjoyed every moment spent here and are so plesed that we chose to stay in hour house. We are now huge fans of Kiawah Island and we look forward to returning soon!! Thanks fo much for everything! The Liu and Wang families
