This brand-new lakefront cottage was first used in the summer of 2006. It is located on Lake Bellaire, a part of the Antrim County’s lower chain of lakes. The cottage is beautifully furnished and has 1700 square feet of air-conditioned and heated spacious living. Panoramic lake views can be seen from almost every room.
The master bedroom suite is comfortably furnished with a king size bed and private bath. The first guest room has a queen size bed and a spectacular view of Lake Bellaire, and the second guest bedroom has a twin over double bunk bed.
The two first floor bedrooms share a bathroom. The open kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, with complete utensils and cookware. A real stone gas fireplace awaits you in the morning and a large covered porch is perfect for taking in views of the lake. A 42" LCD Flat screen TV is also provided in the family room with Direct TV.
Over 200 feet of brand new cedar dock is the perfect setting for fishing and sunsets. A mooring buoy is also available for boat docking. Skiers and golfers will enjoy the close proximity to Shanty Creek Resort, Schuss Mountain, The Chief, and Hawk’s Eye.

The Behls came to stay with us twice this summer. They originally visited over the long Memorial Day weekend and decided to return in mid-August. They enjoyed the calm waters of Lake Bellaire's North Arm for some amazing waterski runs! The water temperature in August was perfect for all of their water activities.

In our guestbook at the cottage, the Lehans wrote about the serene beauty of Lake Bellaire and the morning call of the Loons across the water. Their family had come to Lake Bellaire many years ago and were able to recapture many wonderful memories of Lake Bellaire this summer.

The Kuhlmans along with the Speilmakers enjoyed relaxing on the front porch with breathtaking views Lake Bellaire and the natural preserve across the lake. From the vantage point of the dock, they were able to spot deer, beaver, turtles, and lots of fish. Jake, their 8 year old son, especially enjoyed his big Walleye catch at the end of the dock!
