The large front deck is well equipped for outdoor dining and leisure time, above the peaceful, tree lined street. In addition, there is a very large rear deck overlooking the backyard, where guests can barbeque, while the family enjoys the fresh ocean breeze. Indoors, you will enjoy the modern yet cozy island décor, complete with a large, open air living area. An added bonus is the large TV, above the tiled fireplace. In the evening, you can walk one block to get ice cream at the corner hand dipped ice cream store or order light fare next store at the pizza shop.

Wow! Such a beautiful place! We could hardly believe our eyes when we unlocked the door into this very artfully decorated beach house. All on one floor, which was helpful for our 84-year-old mother and our 5-month-old nephew. We spent every morning and evening around the big table on the front balcony. We could see the ocean and smell the sea air. What more could we have asked for?! But, the best thing was having an ice cream shoppe just down the block, as well as a deli for last-minute purchases. We'll definitely be back!

This home is simply beautiful and in an excellent location! I planned a retreat for a group of girls(thirty somethings) from church, and we could not have asked for a better place to stay and fellowship. Mr Wayne Naylor is a pleasure to work with and keeps his property meticulous. It is a very short walk to the beach (maybe two blocks)and the area is pleasant and peaceful. The boardwalk area is also a very short drive. Thank you again for the opportunity to stay in your beach home! Looking forward to returning next fall!

Why the Owner Chose Other Ocean City Properties:
The gardens is just far enough away from all of the congestion to make it very quiet and peaceful yet close enough to easily walk to the beach as well as within walking distance to the boardwalk. The Gardens to me have more of a Cape Cod feel with many year-round residents and lots of trees and grass yards and streets that wind around, rather than the 'grid' found in other parts of the island.
