Why the Owner Chose Other Ocean City Properties
The gardens is just far enough away from all of the congestion to make it very quiet and peaceful yet close enough to easily walk to the beach as well as within walking distance to the boardwalk. The Gardens to me have more of a Cape Cod feel with many year-round residents and lots of trees and grass yards and streets that wind around, rather than the "grid" found in other parts of the island.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The house has very large front and rear decks which is where most people like to spend their time. the house is also extremely clean and comfortable with all of the amenities needed for a wonderful vacation!

This home is simply beautiful and in an excellent location! I planned a retreat for a group of girls(thirty somethings) from church, and we could not have asked for a better place to stay and fellowship. Mr Wayne Naylor is a pleasure to work with and keeps his property meticulous. It is a very short walk to the beach (maybe two blocks)and the area is pleasant and peaceful. The boardwalk area is also a very short drive. Thank you again for the opportunity to stay in your beach home! Looking forward to returning next fall!
