Three fireplaces with state of the art gas fixtures provide you comfort and warmth in winter. Mahogany, beveled glass french doors enhance the home, as well as beautiful antique furnishings.
A central courtyard with original carved cantera fountain, a bedroom patio, and large third floor terrace with 300 degree sweeping unobstructed view of downtown offer plenty of private outdoor space. Furnished formal dining room, and a loft living area which includes an English/Spanish library and DVD player. Two large bedrooms with two large baths on two floors. A half bath is off of the courtyard.
A third floor studio and single bed provide optimum tranquility. Both shaded and large open terraces are furnished.
This home is on Terraplen, two blocks from (and facing) the Parroquia, one block from Juarez Park, and best el centro shopping. Not near a busline-very quiet. During festival season, the troubadors will pass below you. The views from this home cannot be matched.
