This prime location, "T-Street" in San Clemente, is a landmark location for surfers and beach-goers year-round. With four bedrooms and a large bonus game room/bunkroom this is a great family house. The whitewater and sand views make this a most sought-after beach house in summer and winter. It looks directly down at the sand and the Pier.
This house is perfect for families that want comfort and that beach house, homey feeling of days gone by. Families request this home year after year for their family to have the same wonderful memories that can be had in one of California’s quaint beach towns.
Still unspoiled by the fast urban life of most major cities, San Clemente sits nestled in the middle of it all yet away from the wild life of San Diego or Newport. Close to all major airports including John Wayne (35 minutes), San Diego (one hour), Ontario (50 minutes), and LAX (one hour) give you easy in-and-out options from anywhere.
Close to all major theme parks: Disneyland (40 minutes) Lego Land (40 minutes), Sea World (one hour), Knott’s Berry Farm (50 minutes), Universal Studios (one hour and ten minutes). All theme parks are close as San Clemente is right off the 5 freeway in between Los Angeles and San Diego on the Southern end of Orange County.
You will not find cleaner, safer beaches anywhere in Southern California. The home literally has it all located on a cul-de-sac overlooking the bluffs and canyons it is very safe for children of all ages. This house is not for partiers unless it is good old-fashioned partying--family style. This is "our" beach house and we ask and expect the utmost respect be given to her.
If you are looking for an undiscovered part of California that still offers the tranquility of a small town and all the benefits society has to offer, come to San Clemente for a week or a month. You will lose yourself walking the beaches in the morning or downtown while shopping, and enjoy sunsets in the evening at the famous Fisherman Bar and Restaurant on the pier. All this and you will never need your car. Come enjoy, live, and see what "T-Street" is all about.
