We offer our guests personal attention and affordable rates for a great vacation get-away in the center of the resort area. These vacation homes are just 1-2 short blocks to the beach, boardwalk, along with all the activities, shows,entertainment & beach events. A great atmosphere for all families large and small!!!
Our units (1, 2,3, & 4 bedrooms) are clean and designed with your comfort in mind: king or queen and full-size beds in each unit. Sleep sofa, futon, or daybed for additional people in the living room. Spacious living and dining rooms and an outside porch, deck, or back yard for picnics and barbecues. We provide all of the comforts of your own home.
For the comfort & safety of all our guests, pets are not allowed. All units are non-smoking.
We are within walking distance of all the family boardwalk activities at the beach. Enjoy the three mile boardwalk and bike paths, bring bicycles and rollerblades or rent them at the beach. We are four blocks from a grocery store, ten minutes from Target,K-mart, Walmart, Lynnhaven Mall and only one block to 7/11, post office, and pharmacy. We do not offer a pool, however, we are 2 miles from Ocean breeze waterpark.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Spring: $700+/week (1BR), $850+/week (2BR), $1195+/week (3Br), $1350+/week (4BR).
Summer: $995/wk(1BR), $1175+/wk(2BR), $1595-1895+/wk(3Br), $1795-1995/week (4BR).
Fall: $700+/week (1BR), $895+/week (2BR), $1195+/week (3Br), $1350+/week (4BR).
For Off Season & Winter, please call for rates & availability.
Rates based on occupancy of: 3 guests (1BR), 4 guests (2BR), 6 (3BR), 8 (4BR).
Additional people will be charged $50 per person per week.
To reserve- a Deposit of $500-$700 is required within 3 days of booking, 5 days CA
Taxes: 13% lodging + $1.00 per night & $100-$450 (refundable) security deposit due
