This two bedroom, two bath 1700+ square foot villa is Awesome! We are certain you will not be disappointed! This golf villa has been remodeled with beautiful tile with stone design, granite countertops and luxurious furniture, carpet and drapes. This villa is one of the nicest 2 bedroom golf/ocean view villas and is equivalent to a Gold villa in the Kapalua Villa program today. Yet about HALF the price!
The master bedroom has beautiful hardwood furniture with a luxurious king size bed and large new bathroom with a large walk in shower. Look for pics of bathrooms before renting.
The second bedroom has two full-size beds and is the size of a large hotel room with a door to the lanai, a great view (fairway, ocean & Molakai). It is a very nice, spacious, comfortable room with its own bath/shower and large walk in closet! You could live happily in this room alone!
There is room to go with your best friends or extended family and still have your own space! But we fell in love with this home because of its Excellent Location! It walks right out to the tenth fairway of the Kapalua Bay Course. The View is Exceptional!! You can see the ocean and the island of Molokai from the lanai (and from the bed in the second bedroom). And of course the large lanai, with the fairway truly in your backyard, is an incredible place to start and end your day - watching the birds and the golfers, enjoying your coffee and the breeze and of course the sunset!!!
You can enjoy the sun on the lanai or at one of the four pools only a minute away! At the pools you will find Weber grills for your use and you can eat there or walk back before it is cold!!

'Gina .... We had a fantastic time in Kapalua ... and the villa was absolutely wonderful. Everything was so beautifully decorated and we felt so at home (well .... better than home!!!). What I want most is pineapple pillows. We could have stayed there forever. Thank you so much for everything. We hope to be able to return again sometime soon ... and we will recommend the villa to absolutely everyone. I hope you have lots and lots of opportunities to enjoy your wonderful retreat as well.

My family and I stayed at Gina's home for our first trip to Maui. I was completely in awe when I walked into Gina's house!! It didn't seem like a rental/timeshare home, it was more like a resort! Everything you need is in the unit, including boogie boards, snorkeling gear, and beach towels. The kitchen is fully stocked and the bathrooms were cleaner than any timeshare we've ever stayed in with little hotel style soaps and plenty of towels. The patio was a great place to enjoy the beautiful and quiet golf course view. The kids loved having plenty of space to run around and throw a football. 15 of us rented 3 villa at Kapalua. The grandkids vacationed with my dad for the first time and it was a awesome experience. Kapalua is beautiful and well maintained and having everyone close was a great way to bond. My sister's family and Dad ended up in a unit right across from us, so it was like having them for neighbors for a week. The washer and dryer were definitely a bonus with endless towels and swimwear to wash. We truly enjoyed making her home ours for a week and hope to be back again real soon!!!!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We just got back from a wonderful trip on Maui. This condo made our trip so enjoyable! When we arrived, I was so impressed with the cleanliness and how well stocked it was. They had EVERYTHING we needed. From kitchen appliances, pots, pans, tupperware, dish soap and towels to beach and pool items as well. The condo area was very quiet, had great views and close enough to walk and explore surrounding areas. When we come back, we already know where we will be staying!Did you find this review helpful? Our family once again had a wonderful time in Gina's spacious luxury condo. We enjoyed a meal in her spacious kitchen and spent the rest of the nights eating out at our favorite places to eat. Sea House is just down the drive and we can easily walk there for dinner or better yet for breakfast. Roy's has moved from its place in Kahana to Kaanapali, which makes for easy shopping. Pacific O and IO are a must for foodies who can make it to Lahaina. We had wonderful times at all the beaches but really enjoy Slaughterhouse Beach near mile marker 32, it is easy to miss but look for the cars surrounding a neon green gate that leads to a staircase down to the beach. Spent the day boogie boarding with the boards conveniently left in the closet for the family. The beach chairs were also much appreciated. Gina and her family are wonderful to deal with and have been the best people we have ever dealt with on VRBO. I think the best compliment is we don't even look at other places to stay anymore, we only stay at Gina's for our annual family trips. The villa has a fully stocked kitchen (and I am being honest, a FULLY EQUIPPED kitchen), 2 spacious bedrooms and a fold out couch as well. It is wifi equipped for the Ipads, Ipods, etc., and has 3 flat screen TVs. It is easy to just relax in one part of the villa and let the kids have fun in another part of it. Kapalua is a wonderful place and there is a shuttle to drive you around if you don't want to fight parking for beach access. This is a great benefit and it comes with the villa. There are also pools one of which is just outside the villa, it includes great grills if you want to make steaks and eat it on the lanai watching the sunset. Although the golf course is right in front of you, you hardly see anyone so it is really private and quiet. Pineapple Grill is also down the street and it is a quick walk from the villa. Great for breakfast if you don't want to cook for yourself. The place is very clean and spacious. It includes a washer and dryer in the master bathroom which is great when you don't want to pack for 10 days. The easiest place to get food and sundries is at the supermarket at Napili Square right at the light off of Highway 30. Maui Tacos is also a favorite in the Square along with the ability to rent snorkel gear at Boss Frogs next door. Can't say enough about the honesty of Gina and her family. They keep a really tidy villa!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My husband and I stayed here recently. It is a beautiful condo in a gorgeous property. It is far from the madding crowd! Yet close to the best restaurants. The kapalua beach is beautiful and uncrowded. The practice golf facility is affordable and a great way to warm up for rounds. The patio is so pretty to sit on. We cooked often and the kitchen is well equipped. it does not have the fancy pools and spas that the area hotels have, but we were not looking for this. Kaanapali beach resorts are a short drive away for water and snorkeling adventures. All in all, a great place to stay in Maui!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.

This was our third visit to Maui, but our first in Kapalua and we loved the area as well as the condo. We've stayed in Wailea before but love the beaches and tranquility of Kapalua now that we've experienced it ourselves. Gina was so helpful in securing our reservation and answering all of my questions! My husband and I have two little girls and my in-laws joined us on this vacation, the layout of the condo is perfect for this type of set-up. We loved the pool but ended up spending most of our time at Kapalua beach which was a 2 min. drive from the condo or about a 15 min. leisurely walk. We had a fabulous meal at Merriman's (Kapalua bay) one night but just loved being able to cook in the comfort of the condo, a lot easier than a meal out with two kids under 5! The kitchen is well stocked and the entire condo was very clean and well taken care of. We hope to return sometime soon.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

The views were amazing. We loved looking over the course and seeing the captain cook pines and then being able to see the ocean in the background. The mornings were perfect to sit out there to drink coffee and the late afternoons were perfect to sit out there when the sun was setting. The 2 bedroom villa was in a great location and well stocked. Loved the fact that the villa had so many spices to cook anything that you wanted. I just hate buying spices when on vacation to cook a few things. But we didn't cook much since the Pineapple Grill was just down the hill. We loved this grill being so close with such amazing food. If there, don't miss out going. And although the sign says open for Lunch and Dinner, they do have breakfast. And if you like sushi, visit Sansei sushi but get a reservation weeks in advance. Villa is also real close to Kapalua Bay which had some AMAZING snorkeling. The Villa had a few boogie boards which assisted us in the snorkeling by allowing us to hold in front of us while floating effortless. So it was great having the boogie boards and renting the snorkel gear from Snorkel Bob's which is just right down the road, past Kapalua Bay. Also, Kapalua has some great hiking trails. If you enjoy hiking, take advantage of the hiking trails in the area and take the Kapalua shuttle to certain trail starting points. Just make sure you bring PLENTY of water. We did the Mahana Ridge hike which was muddy in spots but well worth the effort for the 6+ mile hike. Beds, furnishings, cleanliness, etc. were all excellent!! We will definitely be back. And thanks to Gina for the great communication and ease of renting. We just got home from our nearly perfect Maui vacation. We stayed for 13 days at Gina's absolutely lovely Golf Villa. The home is luxurious without being uncomfortable. It is Hawaiian elegance, nicely upgraded, while being incredibly homey and warm all at the same time. After our many busy days of sightseeing, scuba diving at Nipili Bay or Kapalua Bay, swimming at the Ritz carlton or just exploring the Kapalua grounds, we couldn't wait to get "home" to the huge walk in tiled shower, incredibly well stocked kitchen, and incredibly comfortable furniture. We would get our cozies on, cook dinner and relax on the lanai with our 3 small daughters and 18 month old son playing on the grassy lawn near the golf course in front of us. We would watch the golfers, while a perfect Kapalua sunset unfolded before us and we couldn't believe the perfection of the warm evenings and balmy breezes blowing through the lanai and into the living area of the Villa as we prepared dinner. The layout of the Villa is truly perfect for families with a few small children. Our daughters slept in the second bedroom (two nice sized beds) and had their own beautiful full bath and walk in closet. Our son shared the very large master with us and slept in the porta crib that is stored in the second bedroom closet. It was an ideal sleeping set up for our family. After driving all over the island we came to the conclusion that Kapalua is the most beautiful, rugged, and earthy part of the island. The deep blue of the ocean transformes into a color that can only be described as teal as the ocean flows into the numerous sandy bays. We couldnt get over the semming dicotomy of pine trees intermixed with the lovely palm trees that permiate the island. Somehow, both trees grow and thrive in the Kapalua climate and the result is truly breathtaking when they are growing side by side out of the jagged coastline of this tropical paradise. We are going to come back for an extended 3 week vacation, possibly in May, depending on the Villa's availability. There is no other place we want to stay when visiting Maui. Thank you Gina for your kindness and your quick response to our many questions. It was a pleasure renting from you and you can be sure we will be coming back. God bless you and yours! Gina, thank-you for opening your vacation home to us, allowing us to enjoy Maui the way it should be enjoyed. The Villa was perfect, quiet, comfortable and well appointed. We all enjoyed spending time at the Villa, Kapalua and exploring the Northern shore (Olivine Pools and the Nakalele Blowhole) were are favorites. The Villa pools were a favorite for the kids, they liked the one closest to the Villa as this was the biggest one. Being right on the 10th hole of Kapalua Bay Course was a treat as well. Gina's recommendation of strolling down the cart path to the Pineapple Grill for dinner was a hit as the kids loved dodging the sprinklers on the way back to the Villa. The Honolua Store became the favorite place for lunch, great food and only a short walk from the Villa. The Golf Villa is truly a place we'd like to return to. Mahalo! This was a return trip for us to Gina and Michael's beautiful Maui home and it was once again fabulous and exceeded our expectations!! We have decided to look no further and just make this incredible Maui retreat our home away from home each and every first 2 weeks of June moving forward!! It was the perfect oasis to unwind after a particularly stressful 6 months!! We appreciate all of the personal touches that make our stays feel so special! Thank you Gina for your hospitality! Gina, your villa was wonderful, very comfortable, and had everything we needed to help us enjoy our week in "paradise". Sitting out on the lanai to start/end each day was such a pleasure - what a beautiful view. The privacy of the villas was wonderful, like being in your own home. The layout of your villa was great for 2 couples, allowing everyone their privacy. Mahalo! We hope to make another trip soon.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

Why the Owner Chose Kapalua Golf Villas:
We love Kapalua and our villa and think you will be equally happy with choice - whether or not you have visited Maui before! We have owned a couple of Golf villas and been in a couple different management programs. We are very happy to be part of VRBO and to not only be able to communicate with our guests but to help them and others find the best fit for their vacation! It really is very enjoyable to me and I wouldnt have it any other way!
The Unique Benefits at this Villa:
Kapalua is beautiful and peaceful. What I tell people - most all have stayed or heard of Kaanapali - is that yes Kaanapali is popular and is also POPULATED! For some that may be what they are looking for. That is not Kapalua! Staying in the Golf Villas is like staying at your own home. It is very private - even at the pools! It is convenient to anything you would like to do while being a GREAT place to relax and vacation!
