This two bedroom, two bath 1700+ square foot villa is Awesome! We are certain you will not be disappointed! This golf villa has been remodeled with beautiful tile with stone design, granite countertops and luxurious furniture, carpet and drapes. This villa is one of the nicest 2 bedroom golf/ocean view villas and is equivalent to a Gold villa in the Kapalua Villa program today. Yet about HALF the price!
The master bedroom has beautiful hardwood furniture with a luxurious king size bed and large new bathroom with a large walk in shower. Look for pics of bathrooms before renting.
The second bedroom has two full-size beds and is the size of a large hotel room with a door to the lanai, a great view (fairway, ocean & Molakai). It is a very nice, spacious, comfortable room with its own bath/shower and large walk in closet! You could live happily in this room alone!
There is room to go with your best friends or extended family and still have your own space! But we fell in love with this home because of its Excellent Location! It walks right out to the tenth fairway of the Kapalua Bay Course. The View is Exceptional!! You can see the ocean and the island of Molokai from the lanai (and from the bed in the second bedroom). And of course the large lanai,with the fairway truly in your backyard, is an incredible place to start and end your day - watching the birds and the golfers, enjoying your coffee and the breeze and of course the sunset!!!
You can enjoy the sun on the lanai or at one of the four pools only a minute away! At the pools you will find Weber grills for your use and you can eat there or walk back before it is cold!!

Why the Owner Chose Kapalua Golf Villas
We love Kapalua and our villa and think you will be equally happy with choice - whether or not you have visited Maui before! We have owned a couple of Golf villas and been in a couple different management programs. We are very happy to be part of VRBO and to not only be able to communicate with our guests but to help them and others find the best fit for their vacation! It really is very enjoyable to me and I wouldnt have it any other way!

Kapalua is beautiful and peaceful. What I tell people - most all have stayed or heard of Kaanapali - is that yes Kaanapali is popular and is also POPULATED! For some that may be what they are looking for. That is not Kapalua! Staying in the Golf Villas is like staying at your own home. It is very private - even at the pools! It is convenient to anything you would like to do while being a GREAT place to relax and vacation!

My husband Michael and I were married in Maui in 1997. We fell in LOVE with Maui and Kapalua! We kept coming back for 3 years until we purchased a Golf Villa. We think there is no better place in the world than Maui and specifically Kapalua! We reside in Michigan where my family is happy with the outdoors and I am happy to manage our Maui property and dream of our return!

The condo was fantastic, and we have nothing but good things to say about our stay. It was so quiet and private, just a beautiful setting. Plus, there was plenty of space for all of us. Our kids laughed when we told them that your condo was bigger than our very first house. I'm trying to think of any constructive criticism, but really everything was great. I hope that helps! Kapalua is a great location. It is quiet and secluded but within driving distance of the movie theater, restaurants and shops. As for your home, the decor was lovely, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. My youngest son particularly enjoyed the pool and during the evenings he swam while we barbequed on the grill and watched the sunset. My oldest son and I took golf lessons at the golf center and the people were very friendly. We also had a family portrait taken on the beach near the villa(I'll send you the Xmas card). It was the perfect size for my family and my sisters family to vacation in. 3 TV's were nice. Everyone got to watch what they wanted to. The beds were so comfortable. And the area was so nice and quiet to sleep in. It was everything you said and more. The recommendations for the boat "Friendly Charters" was an excellent ride for snorkeling and seeing the turtles. It was a dream vacation come true. I so thank you for being so responsive to my emails and helping me to plan a vacation that will be a lifetime of happy memories. The bathrooms were so big and roomy. The double sinks in both bathrooms were so awesome. Everyone had lots of room. The kids enjoyed chasing the gecko's outside and running in the lawn. Everything is so close. Kapulua beach was my personal favorite. I am going to work my budget so I can visit Maui at least once year. It was awesome. Sent 2 sons off to college and started a new school year since we returned in August! Our trip was outstanding! The condo could not have been any better! I have raved about it to anyone who asks! Great location, great furnishings, great view and the weather was perfect! All of your suggestion were right on the target! I would add a few for the future. Goofy Foot Surf School was so wonderful! Delightful people, my college age kids and their dad all learned how to surf! Great teachers and so helpful with questions afterward! The other suggestion is for snorkeling trips, we used Trilogy and we were not disappointed! The SERVICE was wonderful, the food, drinks, and people could not have been better! My son also used the Kaanapali Zipline! He had a great time, again very professional, delightful people! I would gladly talk to anyone who is concerned about booking over the internet, not a concern! We loved the Hawaiiana decor and really appreciated all the small details. We all loved the shower "room", it was truly luxurious. Our daughter had to take online college courses this summer so we were very thankful to have the wifi. The view from the lanai was unforgetable & we still talk about the entertaining golfers. Kapalua was the most beautiful area by far. We loved the shuttle bus, it made going to the area beaches so much easier especially since parking is extremely limited and gas was 4.85 a gal. We loved The Pineapple Grill, The Plantation House, Honolua Store, Hula Grill-The Barefoot Bar, Bubba Gump's, Cheeseburger in Paradise, Roy's and Leilani's. We snorkeled up and down the west coast and found the local beaches to be the best. We enjoyed the resort pools and using the barbecues. We will always remember our glorious 2 week vacation on Maui and hope that someday we can return. Me, my wife, her sister and husband felt right at home during our entire stay. The villa is decorated beautifully in traditional Hawaiian decor, and comfortable furniture. And though we didn't cook, the kitchen is fully equipped for those who choose to. We loved the location, where we could watch golfers on the 10th fairway of the Bay course, as they passed by. We relaxed with coffee on the lanai as we fed the birds each morning and afternoon. The two beach chairs and a large styrofoam cooler were handy. We rented snorkel gear and beach umbrellas at Snorkel Bob's in Napili Village. We would recommend this golf villa to any friends or family members without hesitation. And, Gina, thank you for being such an efficient host, answering my questions and responding promptly to my emails. We hope to stay in one of your golf villas again sometime soon.
