Our upstairs master bedroom as well as the 2 adjacent bedrooms each have their own access through patio doors to a spacious deck overlooking the sparkling pool the private fenced backyard. The formal living and dinning rooms feature upscale leather sets and dinning sets which seats 8 people. Both gorgeously decorated rooms open out to our front balcony which is a great retreat to wind down after a sunny day at the beach.

My husband and I have been going to the island for more than 20 years. This is by far the nicest place we have ever stayed. The only suggestion would be to add more seating to the living area. We had seven adults and three children. When we all gathered to watch a movie, we lacked seating for all. This was a minor thing because the house is so great. We all look forward to going back another year. Short walk to the beach. Enjoyed toys, etc. in the garage. The pool was just the right size.

We just stayed at the Huisache Villa for Memorial holiday May 2011....everything was perfect!! There were 10 adults and one lucky little four year old who had the run of everything!!!Beautiful house,awesome pool,comfort all throughout! The house and pics are exactly as shown. The owner was fabulous to work with very professional,top notch class! The property manger was polite curteous and took care of everything! Wonderfully Close to the beach,restaurants and we enjoyed the fireworks display from the comfort of our upstairs balcony!!! Air conditioning was out of this world cold!!! I would stay here again and again!!!! Thanks Lyly your the best!!!!!

Our entire family and grandchildren (11 of us) stayed in this beautiful home, which was very clean, comfortable, and well-furnished. The Pool Table and private, heated backyard pool were wonderful for entertaining our family. The kitchen was well equipped for every need. There were TV's in almost every room so we could all watch our favorite shows, and the balconies/decks on front and back of house were so welcoming in the mornings and evenings. The beach was so close, and having the 2-car garage to house our cars was a plus for us. With the kitchen, we were able to have most meals at the house and saved $$ doing so. One restaurant we visited while there and would recommend is Padrevita Ville. Thanks to the owner and manager who took care of all our requests and needs!

We brought three families to stay at this property the week after "Texas Week". We were very pleasantly surprised to find that this property was even nicer than it appeared in the photos. Clean, modern, and nicely furnished. In the past we had stayed in six other properties on South Padre island, and none of them was even close to this in regard to luxury and amenities. We will be back.

We just stayed at Huisache Villa on South Padre Island and had a fabulous time. Check in and check out was a breeze. I was amazed by all the kitchen and grill equipment since we ate in a few times. If the weather had been warm out-we would have totally used some of the beach gear from the garage. Also, the garage was huge, fit my boyfriend's F250 with ease. The front porch was great for our morning breakfast and wine drinkng at dusk. We would definitely go back! Dirty Al's down the way have some awesome fried shrimp as well!

This is the first time we have ever rented a house at South Padre Island. We are Beach n Bikerfest members and rented this home for the event. The house was extremely clean and the accommodations were new as shown on the picture. Our only regret was we did not have enough time to enjoy the wonderful house. A couple of our guests commented on renting this house for a family gathering in the near future. I would highly recommend this rental to large families or groups. The location was conveniently located about half way down the strip and was close to resturants and activities. The owner was helpful and a great person to work with. I highly recommend this rental.

We absolutely loved this home. It had everything and more. The only thing we missed having was carpeted bedrooms. The staff met all our needs even turned up the swimming pool to our comfort. We will definately stay there again!!
