This second-floor oceanview condominium is located at the fabulous beachfront resort, Las Mananitas, about 20 minutes from the main airport. (Resort-sponsored pick-up at the airport is available for a fee.) It is luxurious and spacious. Our home has been professionally decorated and is absolutely gorgeous. Enjoy satellite TV, 42 inch Panasonic flat panel (living room, Sony in master) with hundreds of digital stations, DVD, and CD player. The unit is centrally air-conditioned, and has ceiling fans. Water is UV purified throughout. It includes all other amenities you would expect in a condominium of this quality, including a fully-equipped kitchen and washer and dryer.
This 1500 square foot condominium features two large bedrooms and two bathrooms including one master suite with a king-size bed, private bathroom with separate shower, and sliding-door access to the balcony for morning coffee watching the sun rise. The second bedroom has two full beds. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room if needed. No smoking or pets, please. Maid service available for an extra charge.
The complex has a fully-equipped, brand new, onsite gym with all machines and free weights. The just-completed tennis court is awesome! (Rackets and balls are provided at the Activity Center.) There is everything you need in the condo from an in-room safe, to beach towels, hairdryers, wine glasses, shot glasses, margarita glasses and martini glasses.
There is a spacious ocean view lanai with a nice eating area (two tables) and reclining area. This is an "Oasis" unit, semi-private and away from the main buildings, but still attached. You can walk directly down a private path to the beach (100 yards), your semi-private swimming pool (seven other units) or the main building's gorgeous pools, hot tubs, and barbecues. Peace and quiet, privacy and beauty, yet easy access to all amenities on the attached path, about 100 yards away. Just ask, and the staff will bring a BBQ to your semi-private pool just below our lanai.
You can walk (block and a half) to brand new shopping (the huge Mega store, like a Wal-Mart, plus full grocery store with fresh produce, seafood and meat, a bakery, and large liquor selection), the theatre, McDonalds, car rental, restaurants, and downtown San Jose del Cabo (downtown is a bit of a walk). Or, take a $5 cab ride to the fabulous restaurants San Jose del Cabo has to offer. Las Mananitas is about 20 miles up the corridor from Cabo San Lucas where all the younger activities are such as Sammy Hagar's Cabo Wabo, Giggling Marlin, etc. San Jose is quieter, more mature, more relaxing.
