Our first trip to San Jose del Cabo! We loved it here and will be back. Your condo is very nice and well-equipped, although a few more bath and hand towels would be nice. (ed. note: just ask the office; they will be happy to give you more!) The pool out front was like our own as few guests ever used it. Grounds staff very friendly and we sure felt safe here. Thank you.

Greetings fellow 212 condo dwellers! Highlights of the week included humpback whale-watching, from the patio, no less. Golf at Palmilla and Pueblo de Cabo, 5 days of 70's with light breeze and SUN! many good meals, in and out (Javier's was particularly enjoyable), QUIET (very thin crowds)..well, except for the fat Americans), precious little shopping, (except food and drink) much to the chagrin of the local merchants, with more to do for the next great visit! Wonderful to be out of the rain in Seattle.

The house is very clean, and the grounds are beautiful. This is our first trip to Mexico, so we learned a lot from the experience. Shopping at the Mega store was an experience, too. There is a little playground on the walk to the Mega store. It was perfect for our small children. We went to the beach in front of the complex, and we drove to Palmilla Beach and Chileno Beach. Chileno Beach was the nicest, but get there early! Tour boats bring tourists arrive late in the morning. Nice to have some DVD's in the TV drawer. We went to Cynthia Fresh! across the street and give it a high recommendation.

Muchos gustos tu casa. This was a fantastic birthday vacation destiny. The amenities are world class and the surfing followed suit. I surfed Zippers, The Rock, Middles, etc. It's nice to surf without a wetsuit. We also caught the whales up close and personal, doing what whales do best, flying out of the water - Awesome! This trip gets two thumbs up! The amenities are clean, the people are friendly and the sport and leisure were first class. We will be back.

My first trip to Cabo. I live in SD, my sweetheart lives in Huntington Beach. I had a fabulous massage on the beach by Cabo Azul from Angela - she was awesome. I can't wait to return to paradise - I want to thank your professional staff - all who were so nice. This is a beautiful place, very, very clean and well-groomed. See you soon!

We stayed at Las Mananitas for a month! Very nice home away from home! We enjoyed our stay. We walked along the beach and played tennis almost every day. We ate at nice restaurants around here. Buon Appetito, Cynthia's Fresh, Rusty Putter. Visited Cabo, took the boat trip to El Arco, impressive, (although similar to Rocher Perce in the Gaspe region of Quebec, Canada). Went downtown San Jose, dinner at Mi Cocina, Casa Natalia, lunch at El Corral, very quaint. It was sunny 95% of the time, very few cloudy days - warm days and cool nights. We appreciated the Mega store being so close; very convenient for a one-month stay. N.B. they have started installing a seating area on the tennis court. We may not be here long enough to enjoy it but are sure other tennis court users will appreciate.

We're baaaaaack! 3rd time's a charm...it's like we're home! We LOVE this place and everything that goes along with it! Spent the day lounging at the pool, got a massage (poolside), took a walk on the beach and had the pleasure of playing frisbee with the neighbor's dog. Went to dinner @ Tropicana with several delicious Mojitos (THE BEST) and then to San Jose Cafe for dessert and coffee (such a cool spot!) Thanks as always for a great time and a chance to get away from Seattle rain! THANK YOU!

Great visit - all is beautiful! Tried "H" Restaurant - excellent - need reservations. Also, the Mayan, worth a visit. Nice romantic, outdoor upscale restaurant. Take a run down to the estuary. Its great! Glass bottom boat ride in Cabo is a must go. Excellent time, hope you enjoy it, too.

The room was clean, the grounds are beautiful, enjoyed the multiple pools and workout room and having a nice supermarket so close was very handy. Would definitely recommend to others for a great vacation!

What a wonderful place to spend Christmas week! We have so enjoyed your beautiful home. So quiet, so comfortable. Christmas day was perfect with the bluest sky we have ever seen, 80 degree temp and glorious sun-shine. Yesterday (12-16-07) we fished with Marlin Madness out of Cabo and caught 6 striped marlin! Amazing! If you are looking for a great place to eat just head up toward the Mega store and right next door to Casa Mayor is a place called "Cynthia". There is a white cloth sign with a carrot. Cynthia is an amazing young chef...her food is FRESH, and mostly organic. her little courtyard restaurant is overflowing with charm, as is she. We return to Philadelphia tomorrow, but will long remember San Jose del Cabo. We shall return to land more marlin!

We are building a home in San Jose del Cabo, and it was supposed to be done by Thanksgiving. We arrived to a barely operational home. Instead, we found and stayed at beautiful Las Mananitas, beautifully decorated, quite ocean view, with two bathrooms, three swimming pools and a Jacuzzi, not to mention satellite TV - deluxe accommodations. A great relaxing time was had by each of us. We had a decadent Thanksgiving dinner at Bon Appetito, just a block away (our second delicious dinner at this tasty restaurant). The sunrises from the patio were magnificent! A great way to start the day. Daily doses of camarones, camarones tacos, and Margaritas made for another perfect Mexican vacation.

Arrived early evening on the plane and disembarked to 100 degree tarmac temperatures. Then traveled to Las Mananitas (#212) paradise. This is the first time in 41 years my wife and I will not spend Columbus Day weekend in magnificent Vermont. That weekend's foliage on par with a Grand Canyon visit. Somewhat sad regarding this hiatus after 41 years of tradition in brisk, autumn New England air. Woke up at 5:00 a.m. in response to Massachusetts body-clock time. Sauntered down to the Sea of Cortez in the back yard. Viewed the surise creating a blood red sky with painted, multi-colored clouds. Then a horseback rider heading east broke the silence with hooves in the surf. He passed in black silhouette to the rising sun. Mexico - all is forgiven. Vermont can wait another year.

Don't improve it! If it were any more elegant, we would never go home. Highlights include (but are not limited to): (1) World class dinner, cuisine and service at Morgans; (2) snorkeling at Chileno; (3) shrimp tacos at Cabo Mama's at the Mega Mart.

Hola! We had such a lovely time. We're totally coming again!!! Gracias.

We arrived before Thanksgiving to meet our family (my in-laws) for a week of relaxation and some adventure. Our condo was amazing, especially compared to my in-laws. Thanks! So much here for cooking and entertaining...we loved it. San Jose is nice and a fun place to spend lazy afternoons with some drinks. Our favorite was snorkling at Santa Maria beach - the snorkeling itself was fine, but the waves and currents were fun and kept us entertained. We also loved the restaurant and bar down the beach - "Barisa", although we heard it might be closing soon - go daily for yummy drink specials and live music at night. My greatest enjoyment was running down the beach, through the estuary and turn, then back around the Mega and golf courses. A lot of culture is to be found, as well as peace and security. Well, enjoy - and thank you for making our Thanksgiving a little more perfect.

We have stayed in Cabo many times, this is the best place yet! Quiet and peaceful, yet you can be in the middle of everything very quickly. Furnishings are beautiful, great patio, kitchen, TV, art, glasses. My recommendations, which you can ignore: (1) Restaurants: Voila, great food, reasonably priced wine; Tequilas, excellent food and atmosphere; Morgan's/Morgan's Encore, superb food - expensive; Damianas, great for lunch, 10% off for cash; (2) Favorite run - down to the Intercontinental and then trail through the estuary; (3) fitness room and tennis - superb!; (4) Cabo San Lucas - worth a day or if you like to party a night; take the glass bottom boat, amazing photos!; (5) you can do as much or as little as you like, ATV's, horseback riding, parasailing, jet skis or, write the Great American Novel, drink a good Margarita on the beach (Zippers, Oxygen, Havanas) - walk on the beach; (6) Bring your family down, or loved one - unstress!!; (7) Remember, this is Mexico - it is slower, your taxi may not show up on time (always been good for us, though), take a breath - relax - its vacation time. Thanks so much - we will return!! We can tell you are careful who you rent to and take great care of things!! Muchas gracias (I am learning Spanish). G. Romo

We loved the quiet and slower pace of San Jose vs. Cabo! Lovely furnishings and very well-stocked kitchen! Thank you!
