Welcome to Eight-Oaks River Estate. Eight-Oaks is located on what is known as the lake portion of the Rogue River, 25 miles from Medford, seven miles from Grants Pass, and one mile from the city of Rogue River. We are approximately two miles up river from the Savage Rapids Dam and have a private boat dock. Ski-boats and jet skis can be launched at Savage Rapids Park, which is by the dam; swimming and picnicking are also available there. There is also a boat launch by the bridge at Rogue River.
Whether you are watching the river roll by or the many birds, Eight-Oaks is a peaceful place to relax.
Eight-Oaks consists of two units. The two bedroom covers the entire top level. In the bottom level, there is the garage and studio apartment that can be rented in conjunction with the 2-bedroom to accommodate larger groups. During low season, studio can be rented separately.
