Nestled in the desirable NorthWest neighborhood, this charming vacation rental cottage offers the quintessential Bend experience. One block away from Harmon Park, the walking bridge that crosses Mirror Pond to old town and Drake Park, this bungalow provides the perfect location for launching off into all that Bend has to offer.
Recently renovated, the bungalow has all new furniture, artistic décor and a clean yet homey feeling. Original hardwood floors, new windows, sustainable bamboo flooring in the kitchen and bonus room, newly painted rooms in warm, inviting colors all create the perfect place to relax after your busy days.
Two bedrooms have queen size beds (one is a Tempurpedic style memory bed great for your back!). The bonus room has a twin day bed, with a pull-out twin mattress underneath for another guest. A single car garage can be accessed from the ally with additional storage for your skies or kayaks or bikes. Our family’s inner tubes may be used for a refreshing summer float down the river or sledding down snowy hills in the winter. A covered patio offers a perfect BBQ retreat.
Neighborhood gourmet food market, coffee houses, restaurants and shops are within three blocks of home. Old town shops and our family’s favorite, the Deschutes Brewery, is a six minute walk down the street and across the river. Children will love the boat park one block away where there is also a ballpark and the walking bridge to Drake Park.
Don’t bother with driving and parking: Both the 4th of July and Christmas Parades start right in front of the cottage! Enjoy the three-minute walk to the summer time popular 'Munch-n-Music' with free concerts and movies at Drake Park and food from local restaurants.
Thirty minutes to the Mt. Bachelor ski resort, and minutes away from hiking, biking, and kayaking the river trail.

WINTER SPECIAL: $99/night
Summer & Holiday Rates: $135/night $800/week $21(June 15-Sept 15, Dec 20-Jan 01)
Year Round: $115/night $700/week $1600/month.
2 night minimum stay. Rates are negotiable; please ask.
$80 Cleaning Fee. $500 Refundable security deposit required.
Cancellation: $50 fee; 15-30 days=$50+ 1/2 of rent amount unless
another renter can be found; Within 14 days = 100% forfeiture of entire
amount.

"We're so sad to have to return to Southern Cal, as it's been a really terrific - almost surreal - past month we've spent here in the Bend Bungalow. The place is terrific and thank you so much for your hospitality! We can't say enough positive things about Bend. The most pleasant surprise was how family-oriented the place is - what w/ their outdoor markets, free lunches for kids, public library, etc. Love that library! Thank you again!"
