Recently updated, this quaint and comfortable cottage boasts original hardwood floors, beadboard paneling, oversized deck with lakeview, large yard with firepit and an enclosed lanai for those rainy days and cool nights. A short walk to private Howell Point Park (members/guests only) and you can enjoy the sandy beach, swim raft, picnic & recreation area and boat launch (bathroom on site). Boat and jet ski rentals are available through Park Shore Marina (less than 5 minutes away). A short walk to the clubhouse at Diamond Lake Golf Course will get you on a 9 hole par 35 course or it's a short 5 minute drive to 18 hole Park Shore Golf Course. Like biking? Diamond Lake boasts a 10 mile biking trail around it's 1020 acre shoreline. you are minutes from historic downtown DOWAGIAC, LAKE MICHIGAN & wine country, South Bend, IN and the beautiful campus of NOTRE DAME and the famous 'Fighting Irish'!
