Beautiful 5 Bedroom Beach House with a Brand New Pool...Beach = 2 min. - South Padre Island, Texas Vacation Rental Beautiful five bedroom, three large bathrooms, newer home with new pool and private fenced-in yard. Just one-third block to the beach with everything you need for a memorable beachside vacation. This is the perfect vacation home for a large family. The home is beautifully decorated with spacious rooms, open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, solid oak floors, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The home sleeps 15 people and the bedrooms are arranged as follows: #1: King bed #2: Pyramid bunkbed (full on bottom, twin on top) #3: Queen bed #4: Two sets of full-size bunkbeds (4 full-size beds total) #5: Twin beds Pull-out sofa in living room The covered deck runs the full length of the house with a partial ocean view and is a great place to put up your feet and enjoy the cool breezes with the outdoor ceiling fans slowly turning above. Barbecue and have dinner "al fresco" in the private, fenced-in backyard by the brand new pool. The new game room with a foosball game, TV with a DVD and several games for the kids have just been completed. (No Smoking, No Pets).

Wonderful pool in backyard! Walking distance to dining - only a half a block away. This beautifully decorated home is perfect for more than one family - FIVE bedrooms, three baths, fully-equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with plenty of seating and a game room with a foosball table. VERY comfortable accommodations. It also has a relaxing upstairs, outdoor deck off of the dining room/living room - you can feel the coastal breeze!
