Dear Kim, Thank you so much for the rental of your beautiful condo. This was one of the BEST vacations ever!! From the moment we got there until the moment we left Esther the property mgr. was so nice and helpful. The view from the balcony at sun rise and sunset is amazing and we enjoyed it many times while eating breakfast or dinner. The shops downtown are so close and WORTH the short walk. The pool was the highlight of our 6 year olds vacation, as she could go in day or night and the water temp. was always perfect!! We had a great time and look forward to renting from you again!!! We had a great time and found the location to be just great as far as accessibility to all we were interested in seeing. The beach is right across the street and stores are close by. Public transportation is always easily available and everything in San Jose is a very easy walk. Loved the pool, which we had to ourselves most of the time. The unit had everything we needed. It was clean and well maintained and Esther is very nice and always helpful. No criticisms, we'd go again!

Recommended for:Age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

Dear Kim: Barb and I are back in the frozen north after a wonderful week at Casa Sabatini. The condo was a wonderful home away from home, the weather was wonderful and the whole experience was excellent. Our hats off to Esther and her crew. We found the people of San Jose very friendly and the condo ideally located within walking distance of everything we were looking for. I feel vey lucky to have found it and it was just perfect for me, I was so grateful to be in San Jose, which is so much more of a real Mexican experience, than Cabo. Great Condo, wonderful location!! We visited Playa Medano & Playa Santa Maria- Loved the snorkeling at Playa Santa Maria. We took a day trip to Isla Espiritu off coast of La Paz through BOA. It was amazing.

San Jose was awesome! It was really nice and very safe. My friend and I did so much stuff here. ATV's are definately recommended, it was very cool. Everything was great!

Kim, Thank you for renting your condo to us. It was very hot and humid there but I enjoyed the heat. You have the condo so nice and so well supplied. I have long hair so extra towels were such a treat and having big bottles of shampoo and conditioner was really good. You had so many supplies that I could have left half my things at home. Marisela was wonderful and such a sweet lady. We loved the time in the condo and felt really at home there. We didn't have houekeeping until we left which was fine since we kept up what we needed and didn't leave a big mess at all. We took the bus around town a few times and then took the bus into Cabo 3 different times. I wrote out info for the buses and some other places we ate at that we enjoyed and left it in the book. We walked everyday and enjoyed seeing the area and meeting other people along the way. It was a pleasant stay and we shall put it in our travel book for future trips. You really thought of all the needs for a nice condo. We hope to go back to the area. Thanks for all your help, thoughtfulness and condo rental. Sincerely, Terry

Hi Kim Thank you for letting us stay at your condo's in San Jose. The accomodations were great, Marisella was great and the vacation was great. Funny story though. We didn't realize that there was a time change on the Sunday before we left, so were hanging around the condo until about 11:30 when we are supposed to take the car back. Then comes a knock at the door and the cleaning lady is there to start cleaning. I mentioned to her that we going to leave around 11:30 and that is when she told us it was already 12:00 noon and that that the time had changed. We had to get moving then but were back to the car rental and the airport in plenty of time for our flight. BTW, we rented a car from Fiesta and Rogiberto was great, in fact he mentioned that if we were to come back just to give him a call and arrange for the rental car and he would pick us up from the airport and drop us off. He dropped us off on our way back to Canada and saved us the cab fare. Marisella phoned him for us and we were very happy with his service. I will keep your name and contact info on file and when we retire in a few years and decide to come down for a couple of months in the winter maybe we can rent one of your condos at a monthly rate. Great Place to Stay - San Jose Del Cabo was a beautiful way to spend time. Historic District was quiet, relaxed & full of great people. Loved Cabo San Lucas but preferred our tim here. Marisela was very helpful. Thank You Kim for all the extras that made everything so much easier.

Kim, You have definitely created a great vacation spot with your attention to all the details in your unit. The bathroom amenities basket with your attractive logo on each item was particularly impressive, as were the bright linens, great coffee maker and having a safe in the unit. Your guest book and photo album along with the envelopes is a great idea and I will be forwarding our favourite photo to you very soon! The complex is well maintained with the gardens looking lovely, the pool clean and Marisela delightful and helpful. Hope you get down soon to enjoy your little piece of Paradise! Thanks! The condo is in a great location for beach walking, for walking to town & to Mega. Our favorite night spot was Havana's for great live music. Local residents were graciuos & helpful despite our lack of Spanish.

Dear Kim, I just wanted to write and let you know that we enjoyed staying at your condo in San Jose. We found it very comfortable. It had everything we needed and your property managers were very helpful with local information. We walked to the mega store a couple of times and also into San Jose. This is a very cute one-bedroom unit that is very well located in San Jose del Cabo. The owners have obviously put a lot of care into the condo and were a pleasure to deal with. Definitely recommended.

Thanks Kim for all the little touches that made us feel at home. How relaxing to veg out on the beach, plow through a couple of books each, sail to Playa del Amor & go whale watching. We love the band at Jazmin's and the salsa fresca at the Mega! Disfrutate! Enjoy! The Hangman Taco Rocks!
