Beautiful three story accessible home on the beach. Fabulous views of both sunrise and sunset, bay and beach, from all floors to enjoy from inside or outside on large porches. Walk down the boardwalk to your own beach.
Master bedroom, large relaxing viewing area with spacious kitchen on top floor. Second floor has guest room with accessible bathroom, game room, Texas sized family room with Direct TV and DVD player and two bedrooms with shared bath. It also has a front and back porch for your viewing pleasure. The first floor has a large game room with ping pong table, laundry room and and full bathroom.
After a long day at the beach rinse off the sand at the hot/cold shower out back. A refrigerator in the garage makes filling up your cooler for a day at the beach or fishing very convenient. Short walk to pool. Community is on the free B trolley line, so you can get to downtown Port A for shopping, fishing, dolphin watching, catching the Texas treasure or dinner and music.
