Artfully painted in the most relaxing happy colors, this 2600 square foot home has TWO living areas, giving the kids their own place to play, read or watch tv. The house has two beautiful queen bedrooms, a third bedroom with two twins and a full-size sofa sleeper in the family room as well as a sleeping porch with twin trundle beds. The second story family room with a fireplace, breakfast bar bar and cathedral ceilings is the perfect place to tuck the younger set while the adults enjoy the spacious downstairs. The luxurious upstairs has two full baths, the master of which features a extra deep tub to soak your cares away. Downstairs, the master suite has a beautiful white queen rice bed and luxurious bath with oversized four by five foot shower and walk in closet and attached half bath for guests.
The old fashioned kitchen is fully stocked with the latest stainless kitchen appliances as well as coffe maker, toaster, blender, stand mixer, food processor, griddle, coffee grinder and waffle iron. There is a ceramic top Jenn aire convection range and oven as well as a second wall oven and microwave for cooking big holiday dinners. To add to the ambiance, the cool carrera countertops and the beautiful farmhouse sink make any meal preparation a breeze. The kitchen is open to the dining and living areas for a wonderfully cozy feeling with a lovely fireplace for those cool beach nights. Stroll through the atrium doors to the sunny adjacent four seasons room with it's twin trundle and white wicker decor. Continue out the door, cross the deck with it's wicker chairs and outddor shower, down a short flight of steps, turn right and in 3 minutes you're at the beach. There are 6 beach chairs, beach towels and lots of beach toys and boogie boards for kids of all ages.
As if that's not enough, try out the inviting rockers on the front porch to help you while away the day and a fully stocked library if you're in the mood to read. You may never want to leave! |
