Our family came down from Kentucky for Spring Break. This was our second time to Gulf Shores. We had a great time at Pat and Bill's place. The condo was very clean when we arrived. We had no problems getting in or during our stay for the week. The view from the 14th floor was awesome. We were fortunate to get a great week of sun...so most of our time was spent right on the beach. Thanks again...for the super week!

Our stay at the Foster Condo was really great. It was clean, spacious and extremely comfortable. Kitchen, bedrooms, dining & living rooms were very well accented and equipped. Great location on the 14th floor to see all activity up and down the beach from L shaped corner balcony, Saw dolphins playing every day. Watched a fisherman fight a very large fish for 3 1/2 hours until he finally lost him. I counted over 100 onlookers on the beach surrounding and at least 300 watching from their balconies, including us. Hope to be able to rent this same condo next year.

We had a great month at at Pat and Bills condo. The condo was well furnished with everything we needed. The view from the 14th floor is awesome. The people and staff at the Phoenix III were very friendly and helpful. There were great walking trails, resturants and golf coures in the area and the indoor pool was very nice. Thanks for sharing your condo with us. The weather was great with daily temps in the upper 60s It was nice not to be in the winter snow of Michigan for a while.

The condo was BEAUTIFUL, CLEAN, & SPACIOUS! Its in a great area with resturants and shopping stores near by. It had a Beautiful view of the beach and ocean. I will be getting in touch with the owner again for another stay!

The Foster’s Phoenix III Condo

Our stay at the Foster’s Phoenix III was wonderful. The condo was clean, well maintained and comfortable. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Great location on the beautiful clean beach, and also close to shopping and restaurants. Being up high on the 14th floor(1st time) was great to a have a new perspective of the water. Lots of mornings we watched groups of dolphins. Weather was great. Bill and Pat were very prompt to answer any questions. We will definitely return here for another visit to Orange Beach.

Enjoyed our visit to Bill and Pat's Condo in Phoenix III. Bill and Pat are available to answer any questions and are prompt getting back with you both before, during, and after your trip. Our kids really enjoyed the racket ball and tennis courts at this complex. The view from this condo is breathtaking. Weather and beaches were great. Clean and well maintained. We had an amazing first visit to Orange Beach. We enjoyed everything about it from the white sandy beaches to the many sites nearby. We especially liked the Aviation Museum where we saw the Blue Angels practice! We had beautiful weather the whole week. The view from the condo was amazing . It was very neat and clean and nicely decorated. Pat was very helpful with all the details, since we had never rented before. We would love to stay here again, our new favorite vacation spot!

Orange Beach Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Phoenix III. The condo was everthing we had anticipated. It was spacious, private and the furniture and beds were very comfortable. We found the condo clean and well maintained and we will definitely stay here again. The condo is located close to restaurants, shopping, and close to many attractions. We particularly loved the large ocean front wraparound balcony off the LR and the second balcony off the master BR which had a beautiful view of the western sky. Almost a 360 degree view. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for an Orange Beach stay. This is our second stay at one of Bill & Pat's condo and we have found them to be very quick to return our calls, answer any questions, and provide whatevery help we need.

Beautifully Located Condo!

We stayed at this condo over Labor Day weekend and had a good experience. Bill & Pat were very helpful and accomodating leading up to and following our stay. The condo is spacious(we had 4 adults and 3 children under the age of 3) and had plenty of room for everyone. The condo is located on a corner and has a great balcony with a beautiful view of the beach.

We just returned from our stay here and this condo was the perfect "home away from home". My children went parasailing and I got some great pics from our balcony. We will definitely stay here again.

Four Generations under one room and having fun!

All four generations that stayed at the facility (6 people) thought that the accommodations were great. The views from the 14Th floor were outstanding. The kitchen was very well equipped for making family meals. The heated pool was a hit for our grandson. We spent a lot of time on the beach. We are frequent visitors to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach and this is one of our favorites. The weather was great.

Family with two college age children and high school junior enjoyed the layed back atmosphere of Orange Beach, AL at Phoenix IIl condo. Spacious 14th Floor unit had fabulous view of gulf and property had activities for all ages with indoor and outdoor pools (some outdoor were also heated) tennis and racketball courts, shopping, restaurants, and state park nearby, Fish Camp restaurant recommended, Suggest you send someone a head to reserve table at LuLu's to avoid long wait. Foster's (owners) great to work with and unit is competitively priced for area. Beach great for walking and viewing dolphins. Would return again to Orange Beach and the Phoenix lll.

Best Beach Weekend Ever!!!

We had a wonderful stay at The Foster's rental at Phoenix III. Everything was just as the pictures showed. They had a very well stocked kitchen and very nicely decorated. We were pleasantly surprised that this is not only an end unit (with an incredible horizon to horizon ocean view), but it has a second balcony that overlooks Perdido Beach Blvd and the State Park beyond. This property is perfectly situated for easy access to all the shops and restaurants from Gulf Shores to Perdido Key. We found the property clean and well maintained. This was our anniversary weekend and we couldn't have chosen better. Thank you Pat and William. You were very accommodating of our needs and our stay was great as a result! For anyone one else interested, I would highly recommend The Foster's property! PS: Visit Cafe Grazie at SanRoc Marina! We went there twice in four days! Jim and Michelle

We enjoyed our stay at Orange Beach. It was a very busy week, so there was lots of competition for a beach spot and getting in / out of town was crazy. (last week in July). The unit had all you needed and was very clean. If you like to fish, don't do it on the beach...go to the new pier just down the road. Lots of good fishing on the end of the pier. We would recommend this place to others for sure. Thanks

My family and I had a wonderful week in this beautiful 14th floor unit. It has been beautifully renovated since Hurricane Ivan hit. I questioned staying on the 14th floor, but it turned out to be really great. We are true beach bums...on the beach by 10:00 and only occasional trips back to the room until 5:00 or six. We cook usually rather than eat out, so we found the beautiful views from the kitchen area really nice. We will definitely try to stay in this condo again!

The thrill of watching the dolphins and rays swimming in the ocean and the cool breeze from the balcony made for a wonderful vacation. We sat on the balcony morning, noon and night when we were not on the beach. It was breathtaking. The condo was very spacious with 5 adults. It was a week to remember.

We had a great time in Orange Beach. The condo was spacious and has wonderful views of the ocean. My husband and I along with our two teenage sons and daughter in college had plenty of room. We enjoyed using the tennis courts frequently and the boys had a great time using the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tub. We did a lot of cooking in the condo and found the kitchen to be well equipped. My daughter and I enjoyed the outlet mall. A trip to Lambert's Cafe for lunch or dinner is also a lot of fun.
