It is surrounded by a large well-manicured lawn in the middle of a grove of coconut trees and offers stunning ocean views of the western side of Maui, as well as beyond to the island of Lanai. Inside the home there are four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a large family kitchen, dining room, and upstairs and downstairs living areas. The comfortable, modern island style of Coconut Grove feels like your home away from home.
This completely private oceanfront property is located in the heart of Kihei, with a white sand beach perfect for all of your beach activities. On a windy day you can walk right up the street to the Waipuilani Beach Park, where you can watch some of the worlds best kiteboarders and wind surfers. After you've had your morning coffee by the beach, you can take out one of the kayaks provided for your use. All year round you can expect to have sea turtles swim right up next to you. And in the winter... Humpback Whales!
