Why the Owner Chose Snowbasin
I chose to purchase a waterfront condo at Lakeside Village because I worked on-site when the first two buildings were under construction. I've always had my eye on this location and knew that there will only be a few condos directly on the water ever. My floor-plan is only one of five on the water. That has tremendous value from a real estate prospective as well as offering one of the best locations (minutes to Snowbasin, Powder Mountain and Ogden City), views and amenities in Utah.
The Unique Benefits at this Lakefront Condominums
I live literally 20-minutes from my condo. When it's not rented I am always here. I love to BBQ on the deck, watch the boats go by, sit in the hot tub to star gaze and listen to the birds in the morning. One of my favorite walks is to start at Lakeside Village and walk to the Summit of Old Snowbasin Road and then jog down. Total distance is 6-miles. Perfect for me.

I moved to Utah from East Texas about 12-years ago. It was a completely random move but I'm so glad that I found this place. Ogden Valley is one of the most beautiful places that I've ever experienced. I would not trade it for the world. I have endless recreation out my back door. Each season I'm consumed with skiing, hiking, rafting, kayaking and golf. The best aspect of living here is that I always feel like I'm on vacation and when I do go on vacation I can not wait to get back to my gorgeous Valley!
