Welcome to our newly refurbished (Spring of 2007) stunning corner, walk-out unit on the beach in the heart of downtown Grand Marais!! This is the only unit with a deck! As a corner unit you get great panoramic views and lighting. It's like sitting on the beach!
We have the best of both worlds because right out our back door lay all the fabulous offerings of the town of Grand Marais: great pubs, fabulous restaurants, unique shops, and fun activities! Outdoor actvites abound and an outfitter is right outside our door: kayaking, hiking, snowmobiling, skiing, easy access to "Artist’s Point", etc.
The kitchen is stocked with blender, coffeemaker and coffee packs, toaster, full-sized oven, microwave and fridge, dishes and cookware. There is an assortment of games, toys, and books for your enjoyment.
The friendly hotel staff offers free shuttle transportation to area attractions and is also happy to arrange or recommend activities such as skiing and hiking trips, kayaking, massage, day trips to surrounding sights, restaurant recommendations, picnic lunches, etc. See the Grand Marais website for info on events, weather/snow conditions, etc. in the town of Grand Marais.
