When you drink your morning coffee on the front porch swing, you'll have a glimpse the ocean and a view of the lagoon. Have lunch on the back screened porch, watching for alligators in the lagoon. Walk 30 yards to the Turtle Beach pool for an afternoon swim. Stroll 150 yards to the ocean to watch the sunset.
In addition to the screened back porch and wide front porch with porch swings and rocking chairs, there is a large living room, dining room for eight, granite countertop and breakfast bar, outdoor grill, five color TVs with cable (four flat screen), VCRs & DVDs, ipod docking station/CD player/AM FM radio, microwave, linens, central heating, air conditioning, high ceilings with ceiling fans, hardwood floors, and French doors. There are four bedrooms that sleep ten, two queen beds, four twin beds, a day bed and a trundle bed. Three of the bedrooms have enclosed bathrooms. The fourth bathroom is a "guest" bathroom off the laundry area.

Eight of our 16 separate and distinct rentals in 2012 are people who have stayed with us previously.
We're located in the Village at Turtle Beach, close to Turtle Beach Golf, the Sanctuary, and the Town Center.
Our home is completely stocked with everything you will need, including fresh linens, fresh towels and a fully equipped kitchen. Paper towels, soap, and toilet tissue are also provided.
We ask that you do not smoke in our home or bring your pets.

We have been returning to Kiawah for seven years and it is properties like this home that keep us coming back each year. We have stayed in this home for three years and will continue to return. The home is spacious and comfortable and perfectly situated on the island. It is immaculate. The porches are ideal for reading, eating, and playing games with our children. The kitchen and dining room are large and well-stocked. Everything we needed for cooking and beverage making was there! The bedrooms are well appointed with lovely linens and comfy mattresses. It is a very short walk to the beach and the children love to hop in the pool at the end of the day. It is only steps away. You have done a wonderful job with your home and we thank you so much for sharing it with us each year.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

What an amazing week we had on Kiawah Island and a huge part was due to your wonderful home. You have created the perfect house. From the minute we walked in, we felt the caring and love that has gone into 25 Atlantic Beach Court. The 4 bedrooms and bathrooms are perfectly situated so that each of us had our own privacy when we needed it, and yet, the living room, dining room, and kitchen brought us together for laughs and wonderful memories. Janet, we can't thank you enough for all your help. We felt like you were family whenever we spoke to you. The house was stocked with everything we needed. Having the beach chairs and umbrella right there was great. We can't wait to go back to Kiawah Island and there is no other place we would stay. Thanks again for sharing your home with us.
