When we first checked this web site, we could not believe that every review gave it a five star rating. We were not disappointed because each review is justified. In fact, we feel it should have a six star rating if such a rating were possible. The unit is in a good location within the resort, close to the pool and away from the road. The small patio is private with a table, chairs and umbrella, ideal for sitting and relaxing with a drink in the evening. The furniture and decor are perfect , with all the kitchen utensils you would ever need. We would recommend this unit for a place to relax, take your shoes off and let the world go by.

Recommended for:People with disabilities, age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

Everything was as described - we were very satisfied - very clean and comfortable condo - Barefoot Beach Resort is a neat and very well kept place. Beautiful, convenient location. This condo is tastefully decorated and well equipped. The bbq area is nearby. Beach access is easily achieved as is the fishing dock on the waterway. Kim goes that"extra mile" to provide a rental that is "stress free". Come as a tenant and leave as a friend.

Our family has traveled to the Indian Rocks/Maderia Beach area for years. This was a first try at a condo rather than a hotel. I don't know why it has taken us so long! This condo is beautiful:) The beach is great and right across the road. I like that the beach is a reasonable width which means the water is closer than at other locations. The pool and grounds are meticulous. Our family had a wonderful time in the condo and around the condo. Kim Hendrick's was a great host and contacted us at the start and end of our stay to make sure all our needs were met. I have nothing but positive things to say. Our family hopes to return to the same spot and condo next year for vacation!

What a lovely home away from home! The decor is superb,everything we needed was at our disposal. All the restaurants were great, and the golfing was fabulous. The proximity to the beach was a great plus. Walking on the beach every morning was our ritual. Thank you for a great vacation!

Kim and Keith, Thank you for the incredible opportunity we had to enjoy and explore the Indian Shores Gulf area by staying in your lovely condo. Besides the hominess of your condo, it is situated perfectly with the beach out the front door and across the street and the intracoastal waters and pool right out the back door. We never "wanted" for fabulous places to eat and were well pleased with your recommendation list. It was a lovely stay and will not hesitate to recommend you to others. Your hospitality was so warm and welcoming and we felt it through your communication, the "feel" and care of the condo, and so many special touches that were personal and exceptional. This beautifully decorated, immaculately maintained condo is the perfect setting for a tranquil beach getaway, and just what I needed! Everything from fine dining (Salt Rock Grill) to an old-time Florida beach bar (Mahuffer's) are within walking distance. The beach is also right across the street. It was very peaceful. No loud crowds here! The unit is equipped with every amenity you would need; even a hair dryer! A very special touch was the bottle of wine provided by the owners. Highly recommended!

Thank you Kim for sharing your beautiful condo with us! Upon entering the condo for the first time we were instantly impressed! You've really put alot of thought into providing your guests with every possible necessity and then some, from the beach chairs, towels, coolers, as well as the comfortable air mattress for our son. The pool and the beach were picture perfect! Thanks too for all of the phone and email communications beforehand...it made planning stressfree. We hope to return real soon!

Comment Text: The condominium was spotless and bright. All of the amenities of home were located in the condo. There were even 6 barbecues on the site which enabled us to enjoy homecooked meals as well as going out. We had a quiet relaxing two weeks. The condo was seconds from the pool and only 1 minute from the beach. This allowed us to enjoy both amenities, yet be away from any noise associated with it. It was also only minutes from golf courses,tourist stuff, great restaurants, and for those inclined, shopping. Our landlords, Kimberly & Keith were readily available, if we ever needed anything,which was hardly ever, over two weeks. We would definitely recommend their unit to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay at your condo! Everything was perfect and Indian Rocks Beach is beautiful. The condo is immaculate and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Just returned to Wales after a great stay in Indian Shores. The apartment was first class and I fail to see how anyone could find fault with it as it was exactly as described. Kim was always willing to answer any questions we had before we arrived and also made sure everything was OK while we were there. I would have no hesitation in recommending the apartment to anyone looking to stay on the Gulf Coast and hope that some day we can all return there.

We had a wonderful time in February at Indian Shores in your lovely condo. It was great to get out of Ohio's winter (cold & snow). We had everything we needed available. What a wonderful vacation! The condo was perfect - had everything we needed, was even better than the pictures. The weather was perfect, the beach was amazing, the pool was a great place to relax. The condo was superb. Probably better than expected, even though the pictures clearly indicated how good it was, there is always the doubt until you actually see it. The decor was great, facilities good, spacious, excellent position and not overlooked. It was also quiet and peaceful. We would have no hesitation in recommending it to anybody. Overall a super holiday in every respect - Condo & setting, weather/climate, beaches, restaurants, sea, activities, etc. Many thanks for setting up the crib and for the wine!

CONDO WAS CLEAN, AND TASTEFULLY DECORATED WITH NEW APPLIANCES SO EVERYTING WORKED GREAT. THE GROUNDS AND POOL AREA WERE VERY WELL MAINTAINED. EVERYTHING YOU NEED (RECREATION, DINING, SHOPPING) IS A SHORT WALK OR DRIVE FROM THE CONDO. WE WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN.

We were absolutely thrilled with the accomodations. The condo was beautiful and so nicely decorated. It had everything we needed including chairs for the beach and a small cooler. We enjoyed our private patio in the evenings and the condo is close to everything we wanted to do. We really liked the beautiful pool and views of the bay.
