Welcome To Our Padre Island Paradise!!! Our family's beachfront condominium is located DIRECTLY ON a more quiet area of a "family-friendly" beach. It is on the second floor, angled to the pool so that you do not have pool noise. There are FABULOUS PANORAMIC beach and oceanfront views from every window and from the wrap-around balcony. Everything you will need to enjoy a perfect family vacation is here.

South Padre Island is a 34 mile stretch of white sand beaches, fine dining, excellent deep-sea fishing, and shopping. Imagine a perfect vacation filled with water-sports, golfing, horseback riding, fishing, and swimming. The island is known for its glorious sunsets, secluded beaches, and unspoiled natural sand dunes. The moderate temperatures year-round make South Padre Island the perfect spot in the continental United States to play in the sun. Mexico is only thirty minutes away if you are interested in going there to sightsee.
Our vacation home is the perfect place to relax and enjoy all that South Padre has to offer. THIS CONDO HAS AN AMAZING, SPECTACULAR SETTING AND VIEW.The condominium has just been completely updated with ALL NEW BEACH COTTAGE-STYLE FURNISHINGS. The kitchen is completely equipped with new refrigerator, smooth-top range, dishwasher, and microwave. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry off of the kitchen.
Your stay with us will be the best because we have added personal special touches to our condo. We provide beach chairs and have dial-in internet.
This condo is privately and proudly owned and we take care of our guests.
The condo has three large bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Each bedroom has large closets and fine 100% cotton linens. The beautiful master suite has a king-size bed with a FABULOUS VIEW OF THE GULF AND BEACH THROUGH FLOOR-TO-CEILING WINDOWS WRAPPING AROUND TWO FULL WALLS. It has its own private full bathroom and door to the deck.
The second bedroom (our "lighthouse" bedroom) may serve as a second master suite with another king-size bed. The third bedroom has two sets of bunkbeds decorated with fun beach quilts and beach art.
The "home away from home" has everything you need to enjoy the island lifestyle.
The balcony off the living room also wraps around the master bedroom. Enjoy drinks or meals on the balcony (chairs and a table are furnished on the balcony) watching the the beautiful emerald waters of the gulf, dolphins, pelicans, sea gulls, ships, sailboats, and of course, the gorgeous sunrise. The living room has floor-to-ceiling windows with a fabulous view facing the ocean gulf.
The grounds are beautiful and very private. There is a gated entrance to the complex and private access to the beach. Open the gates at the pool and YOU ARE ON THE BEACH!!! The condo offers the convenience of being just one flight of stairs away from the pool and beach and an elevator is also available if you need it. Enjoy a game of tennis surrounded by lush tropical plants and palm trees.

We had an absolutely wonderful time on South Padre. When we arrived, about 10pm, my grandchildren began exploring as soon as the lights were turned on. From the livingroom we heard Ian(6yrs.) shriek, "MY DREAMS HAVE COME TRUE!! MY DREAMS HAVE COME TRUE!" It turned out he'd just seen BUNK BEDS. He was beside himslf as well when he saw all the toys and the boogie board.
Your condo is charming, comfortable,and beautifully decorated. It has to be the loveliest on the island. My daughter- in- law who is in the real estate business asked me to be certain to tell you ,"It's clear Rena has updated this condo. It's beautifully appointed; the taste is perfect for the location; the color she chose for the walls is excellent and sets off the furniture to it's lovliest. It has a sense of style not often seen."
The weather was fine and the beach glorious....what a perfect playyard for children, of all ages. It's rough being back in gray and cold Vermont. Thanks so much for letting us rent your place. What fun!!!!

Restaurants, Shopping, Biking, Hiking, Swimming, Sport-fishing, Golfing, Snorkeling and Scuba Diving, ATV Tours, Horseback Riding, Isla Blanca Park (one of Texas best parks), Sea Turtle Sanctuary, Miniature Golf, Amusement Parks, Schlitterbahn Beach Water Park, Cinemas, Summer Fireworks, Sunset Dinner Cruises, Parades, Sandcastle Days. Sailing, Surfing, Windsurfing, Kiteboarding, Parasailing, Water-Skiing, Jet Skiing. Ecotourism is almost limitless and includes hiking, biking, bird watching, dolphin spotting and looking for shells.
AREA: 30 minutes to Brownsville airport, 50 minutes to Harlingen airport and 60 minutes to McAllen airport. Grocery store and restaurants within walking distance and a free shuttle runs daily and stops right at the condo, then runs down Padre Blvd and over to the Super Walmart in Port Isabel.
No matter which outdoor adventure you choose, it will put a smile on your face with a memory you will have long after you leave.
