You will Love this third Floor Condominium, located in the quiet complex "BeachHouse" in Garden City. It is newly remodeled in 2005 and has all the tropical feel unique to the beach.

The bedrooms in this unit are tastefully decorated with a tropical feel, there is a queen-size bed in Master and two-singles in the second bedroom, also a Queen-size pull-out couch bed.

This unit has a fully stocked kitchen,with a eat-at bar, and huge six seat dining table, ready to serve you with everything you could possibly need.

There is a Washer/Dryer combo located in the hallway and a large storage room up front to store all your beach gear. Also available is a full-size laundry room downstairs for your large items.

You will love the oceanview from your master bedroom and private balcony. This Unit is so close to the ocean you can hear the waves crash as you relax. We have two TV's in this unit with cable and a VCR/DVD player.

There are two full baths, both beautifully decorated, with a cozy beach-home feel. I know you will love the totally huge sundeck and gorgeous swimming pool, that overlook the ocean. You will receive two-parking space permits to insure your parking availability.

This complex is located close to the Garden City pier, where you can enjoy live bands, Arcade games and Pier dining experience, and your only ten minutes to downtown Myrtle Beach or two miles to Murrells Inlet Famous Restaurant Row. Inlet Square Mall and Cinemas, plenty of outlet shopping close by, as well as the Surfside Flea Market where the treasures abound.

  • Great Location, value and hosts! Very clear insttructions, smooth check-in/out. Previous renters had damaged a door, so I called their local man, who was great to work with. If you were any closer to the beach, you'd have sand in your shoes. Good choice for a family-friendly vacation spot!!

  • We stayed at the beach house complex the week of August 5-12. We had a wonderful experience. The grounds are well-maintained as well as the condo unit. Our balcony view of the ocean was just as it looks in the pictures--wonderful. The pool and sundeck was very nice as well. At night, my husband and I would come down to the sundeck and watch the waves crash until late. This complex is close enough to the pier for our young teens to walk back and forth, which they did on a daily basis. We recommend this condo for it's value, beauty, cleanliness, and the owners' professionalism. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Garden City Beach.

    Emily, We had a wonderful time staying in your condo...thank you so much...the other people that were staying in other condos were so nice...the kids had a great time and the wedding on the beach was a hit with everyone that watched it...we had a large crowd gathered around by the time we were finished and we were even getting cheers from people on balconies from the neighboring building...Toni and i have discussed using it again next year for the same week if we can get it...please let me know when you start taking reservations and i will send money for a deposit...   • We stayed at BH311 6/17-6/24, 2006. This was our first experience renting a condo and we weren't sure what to expect but believe me we were more than satisfied. Tod and Emily were fabulous hosts, answering multiple questions prior to our arrival and even checking to see if we had enough keys part way into our stay! The pictures on the website don't even begin to describe how comfortable the condo was - it was so clean and spacious - making this our best trip to South Carolina yet. The kitchen was stocked with 2 sets of dishes and silverware and plenty of cooking utensils to prepare complete meals. The view was great from our balcony (btw, it too was spacious, included a table large enough to serve breakfast in the mornings and have room to move around!)and we fell asleep each night to the sounds of the waves. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable place at a safe and family beach, this is definitely the place to stay!
