Enjoy the ambiance of this large,level, corner lot in the pines with lots of parking. Minutes from Homewood, Alpine Meadows and Squaw, 5 minutes south of Tahoe City on 89. Its a three block walk to the famous Sunnyside Resort and Firesign Café.
It has an open living room/dining room/kitchen area. There is a new woodstove in the corner of the living room offering extra warmth in the winter.
It is only a five minute drive to Tahoe City where you can enjoy many wonderful restaurants, boutique shops and river rafting. There are approximately 30 miles of paved bicycling trails and cross country ski trails bordering the Truckee River and the Lake that are just a few minutes from the home.
There is a new, bi-level, large composite deck. There are new double pane Milgard windows throughout. There is a private hot tub to the rear of the cabin where you can soak and relax.
