A friend and I stayed in the studio apartment near the Louvre in March and our experience was fantastic. Jerome met us after keeping good communication throughout the booking experience and took the time to show us where everything was, how everything works, and interesting places to go near by. The studio was just what we needed for a quick trip to Paris where we did not care about living in spacious quarters. The apartment was within walking distance to so many of the sights to see in Paris and it was amazing have the Louvre in our backyard. Would definitely stay here again and recommend for 1-2 travelers!

Jerome , we wanted tell you your studio is wonderful ! Walking distance to the Louve, Tulleries,L'Orangerie,Angelina ,Piere Hermes and many more sites and eateries. The courtyard is beautiful and your unit is very quiet , yet right outside the main door is all the excitement of Paris! We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more. My granddaughter's first visit to Paris could not have been better, in part due to your lovely studio which was just right for the two of us. We will recommend you to all our friends. My husband and I (late 50's) stayed in this studio October 15 - 20, 2011 and found it to be very comfortable and convenient. Although small by American standards, it had everything one could want from a microwave oven, stero system and hairdryer to TV and internet. The owners included good information about the neighborhood resturants, the local supermarket (just a couple of blocks away - very complete with pre-made dishes, wine and liquour) and sight seeing. There were also current tour books that we made great use of. The building is very quiet, with secure touchpad acess to the courtyard and to the building but less than a half block to the Louvre. Metro stations are very close. Also, the water pressure in the shower was great and hot water abundant. The only disappontment was that the elevator was not working, but the 3 flights of stairs were good exercise after enjoying Paris dining! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Very quiet and comfortable apartment in a great location!

We were very happy with everything about this apartment! Jerome was on vacation during our stay, but his father Gerard and mother were so very kind and helpful at getting us settled into the apartment. Our train into Paris was 90 min late, so we had to call Gerard to adjust the meeting time, and he was very accommodating. Although small, we found it to be the perfect size for 2 people. It was very clean and comfortable. The location of this apartment is also very nice. It is right next to the Louvre and we found it easy to get around to other sights on foot. It is also only about 5 minutes from a tourist information office. It is, however, a very BUSY area. So, if you are looking for a quaint apartment in a quiet area of Paris, this is not for you. That being said, the apartment itself is supremely quiet. Once you enter the courtyard area from the main street, all of the noise disappears and you enter your own calming oasis. The bathroom was a decent size and the shower was good. The kitchen was stocked with all of the necessary cooking supplies. There is a safe in the room to store your valuables if you feel the need. There is free WiFi and a telephone for use. There is also an excellent collection of guides and books on Paris. There is a TV, though we did not use it. The room was a bit hot in the evening, but we were very thankful for the fan that was provided. There is also an ironing board/iron available. The bed was a fold out couch bed that we found to be very comfortable. Overall, this is an excellent apartment in a great area and priced very reasonably. If we visit Paris again, we will definitely stay here. Thanks to Jerome and Gerard for such a lovely stay!

Perfect place

We stayed in the apt the last week of Sept. It is in the perfect location for hanging out and seeing the sights. 5 min walk to Metro, 5 min to great grocery store, 5 min to a great sushi place. Best convertible sofa we'ver ever slept on. Having the lift to the 3rd floor was perfect after being out for the entire day. It is well maintained, in a quiet building, photos are accurate. Jerome met us on arrival and explained everything. We will definitley be renting this property again.

This apartment is small, but very well taken care of and is lovated in the heart of Paris, less than a block away from the Louvre and Seine River. Many sights within walking distance. Jerome is very pleasant and has lots of useful information for you in a green binder :-) Be sure to check out the Spanish tapas bar next door - El Tonel, awesome food and amazing staff! When we come back to Paris I will be staying here again! Perfect for a single traveler or a couple.

We enjoyed our stay at Jerome's apartment. It is in an amazing location, pretty much close to everything, but we weren't afraid of the Metro so we really got around. If you love the idea of being near the best attractions but going home to a quite residential building than this place is for you. We loved feeling like a local every night we went back to the apartment. The apartment was perfectly clean and tidy. Everything we needed was available. The perfect size for 2 people. We greatly enjoyed our stay!

If you are looking for simple accommodation in a marvelous setting this is it. It is within easy walking distance to many of Paris's famous sites, good food, great shopping and incredible atmosphere. I miss walking out of our (quiet) courtyard to see the facade of the Louvre and the Tuileries. I highly recommend this studio.

My fiance and I stayed here over New Years and had the best time. The place is cozy, but perfect size for leaving your stuff in the apartment to take on the city. Jerome keeps the place very nice, and the place is stocked with CD's and satellite television for those rare down/rest times. Highly recommend this place for anyone who is planning a trip to Paris, and plans to be out taking on the sights all day. Thanks Jerome!

The studio is small,however it is very clean and well appointed, exactly as descibed. The bed is very good and plenty of hot water. The owner is very helpful and there is plenty of infomation in the studio. The area is excellent with all tourist attractions close by, the opera house is a short walk if you wish to attend a performance, the studio is so close to the seine we used the batobus as transport,as it stops at most of the top tourist attractions, also the italian restaurant alongside the building serves excellent food. even though one of us had walking problems we managed very well as there is a lift in the appartments and the batobus was great. Would use again and highly recommend for a stay in Paris.

The location is perfect! We were able to walk everywhere from the apartment - yes, even the Eiffel Tower - it's a 30 minute walk through beautiful streets of Paris. The apartment is small, yet there is everything you need - a couch that folds out to become a bed with a very comfortable mattress, microwave, fridge. The apartment is very quiet at night. There is a bakery and a grocery store within 5 minute walk. The building has an elevator, but a very small one. Jerome is a very courteous and helpful host.

This is an absolutely perfect place for two people. We stayed in early January and had a great time at this rental. It took a couple of days to realize just how centrally located we were. You are literally within walking distance of most of the main attractions (not the Eifel Tower). The apartment is up to date and quiet. There is a nice couch that folds out to become a bed. I was a little apprehensive about sleeping on it, but it was very comfortable and we slept well on it. This apartment is also situated in the nicest and most expensive part of town. While we felt extremely safe, everything around us was luxurious and very expensive--it was very fun to go to the lingerie shops and see 2,000 Euro pieces. Overall, I would strongly reccomend this for two people.

Yes, very small but in a perfect location to most of the main sites. Everything you could possibly need is within a few minutes of walking. Jerome is extremely helpful and gives great advice on places to go and see. I would certainly rent this place again or any of the places Jerome owns.

There is no getting around the fact that this is a small unit. However, every space has been used efficiently, and it doesn't feel cramped. I was even able to have 5 people for dinner one evening. The location is wonderful, the building is charming. I would not hesitate in either recommending it or even re-renting it myself.

We couldn't have been more pleased with this place. We were very late, having got lost because I forgot the directions. But the tenant was very patient. Walk outside, turn right and you see the Louvre and the Tuileries Gardens. It is in walking distance of everything - the Champs-Elysées, Arc de Triomphe, Musée D'Orsay, Napoléon's Tomb and the Eiffel Tower. The place was small, but perfect for two people. We saved money by buying and cooking our own food, but there was an excellent little restaurant right next door. Most of the residents were quiet. There is an elevator, but it only stopped in between floors, so there is some stair climbing, but nothing too hard. The place was very clean; he had a BIG binder of information and another one full of brochures. He also had plenty of books to help find all sorts of places. I HIGHLY recommend this place if you are going to be out and about.

This very comfortable, immaculately clean apartment was exactly as described and the owners were extremely accomodating (especially given my later than expected arrival). If you're alone or a couple looking for a clean, well appointed, conveniently located apartment, this is it. Everything you need (grocery, laundry, boulangerie) is within a 10-minute walk, and the owners have put together a "guide" to the neighborhood that was a great help. I highly recommend this apartment and will be inquiring to use it again on my next trip.
