Ascot House is a spacious vacation "village" home which can accommodate up to eight guests and is perfectly situated in the fabulous Windsor Hills resort community, less than three miles from Disney and the attractions of Orlando, Florida!

Ascot House will become your home away from home as you relax in the spacious family room complete with a contemporary-style sofa and love seat, entertainment center with large screen cable TV and DVD to watch your favorite movie, and games console for the kids to play. The family room opens out to the deck and spa pool area with a pool fence for added safety (if you wish). This 'sunspot' is the perfect place to soak in the 'rays', or cool off in the sparkling spa-pool. Those vacation days will fly by so fast, you'll want to stay longer and longer each time you return!

Sleeping accommodation at Ascot House includes a master bedroom with a king-size bed, dresser with cable TV, nightstands with lamps, clock/radio/alarm, plus dresser and closet space. There's a master bathroom for your added comfort and privacy, with mirrored vanity unit, bath/shower and toilet.

A second master features a queen-size bed, nightstand with lamp, clock/radio/alarm, plus a dresser, and a master bathroom for your added comfort and privacy, with mirrored vanity unit, bath/shower and toilet. The final bedroom features 2 twin beds, nightstand, dresser, and an adjacent family bathroom. Finally, the sofa in the family room converts to a full-size sleeper, as required.

The bright and airy kitchen has been fully equipped with everything that you could need for that quick snack or a family feast. Eat together in the dining area and remember the day's excitement at the parks and attractions of Orlando.

Ascot House provides all of the benefits of your own home while on vacation, with the added enhancements of a Clubhouse with a gym, community pool, billiard room, water slide, children's playground and cinema/theatre showing all the latest movies - right on your doorstep!   • August 2009~Our family enjoyed their stay at the Ascot house during our daughter’s softball World Series at Disney Wide World of Sports. We were there 10 days for the tournament and it was so nice to have a kitchen to make something up on the run between games. The girls enjoyed the splash pool after playing games in the heat. The location is incredible to all the parks. We want to thank Lars for all the communication he gave us for this rental. You made our stay relaxing and enjoyable!!   • We stayed at the Ascot house June 21-25th. The property was just as described. It is within very close distance to all of the theme parks. The home is very clean. You may want to pick up a few things if you are planning on doing much cooking. We needed a 13X9 pan, measuring cups, and measuring spoons. However, there was a Publix grocery store just 3 miles down the road and this problem was easily remedied by a short trip down the street. We would definitely stay here again.

  • We stayed here in March 2009 during Spring Break. This was an absolutely perfect match for our family! We spent time at the community pool, the townhouse pool, and at the surrounding area attractions. The accommodations were wonderful, and I'm really picky about rental properties and hotels. The townhouse was immaculate, the decor was warm, and the space was perfect for our family of five (3 boys under the age of 12). We have nothing but outstanding comments about this unit and we will definitely stay again and have encouraged friends and family to stay here too.

  • The town house was great! It was close to Disney World, Sea World, Discovery Cove and Universal Studios. There are all kinds of restaurants nearby. My family had a great time in Orlando. Our only regret was that we did not have enough time to enjoy the many amenities offered by Windsor Hills! We will definitely refer this place to our family and friends who are planning on visiting Florida in the near future. Thanks for allowing us to be guests at your wonderful home.

  • We had an absolutely fantastic time in Florida! Ascot House was exactly as described & shown on the website and very clean. The kitchen was complete w/ all utensils we needed and plenty of towels and linens. Only 5 minutes to the park, which was convenient as my daughters were staying on the Disney property with their cheerleading team, so it was very easy for me to go back & forth. From my 81yr old mother to my 14yr old son, EVERYONE loved Windsor Hills & Ascot House. I would NEVER stay anywhere else again, you can't get any better. It felt like home and was so much nicer than a hotel room. With plenty of stores & restaurants nearby, we had everything we could possibly need. Thanks for such a pleasant place to stay!

  • we all enjoyed our 15 day stay at Ascot house. we found everything to be spotlessly clean and exactly as described and seen on the website. We wanted for nothing and we were only sorry we didnt get the chance to use all the facilites of windsor hills. I can highly reccomend ascot house as a home away from home for even the most discerning traveller. Lars made booking and checking in so easy.
