This two-story home was built in the traditional style with the two master suites located on the second floor. Each having their own outside decks for you to enjoy the breathtaking views of the golf course and surrounding beauty. The second floor loft also has a deck overlooking the front of the property with limited views of the Currituck Sound. This is a quiet respite for reading that favorite book or just enjoying the great weather.
The large kitchen has an open design affording easy access to the dining area and great room for entertaining guests during meal preparation or Happy Hour! And with the fully stocked kitchen, you will be able prepare that gourmet meal you've dreamed of with ease.
The entertainment area and wet bar are conveniently located in the great room for your enjoyment. You can listen to music, watch TV or enjoy your favorite movie. Traditional board games are available for 'family time', or you could challenge yourself with a puzzle. If you want to rest, the comfortable L-shaped couch with lounger will lull you to sleep.
The home has spacious porches in the front and rear with rockers and a porch swing to enjoy your afternoon refreshments or evening sunset while discussing the day’s activities. The screened porch located off the kitchen is a great place to drink your morning coffee or to watch the kids’ swimming/playing in the pool. The best tanning area is the secluded pool deck, which faces south and receives sunlight the full day.
If golf is your game, you will delight at the opportunity to play one of North Carolina’s top golf courses. It’s Reese Jones design is nestled between live oaks and lob-lolly pines, snaking along the coastal waters of the Currituck Sound. All golf carts include a GPS system to help you locate distances and provide suggestions to help you score well. After completing your game, you can have a drink or bite to eat in the Golf Club. All renters enjoy the golf privileges including reduced greens fees and priority tee times. You can even schedule to have a Golf Pro provide those much needed lessons.
The Currituck Club is a gated community with several pools to choose from, a Community and Fitness Center with basketball and tennis courts and other family activities. Many people enjoy taking walks or bike riding along the quiet streets. Located on the Currituck Sound, you can enjoy the evening sunset, or walk to the beach for the morning sunrise and a quick dip in the ocean.
