Beautiful two bedrooms Duplex (two levels) Apartment, on second floor of new building with elevator, in the heart of Cannes. On the corner of the famous Rue D'Antibes the main shopping street; Less than 2-3 minutes walk to the beautiful Croisette Beaches, and Palais des Festivals where the famous Cannes Film Festival is held every year in May. Walk to all famous restaurants along the beaches of Cannes or go to the Marche (Market) around the corner to select the fresh produce of Provence or the catch of the day and cook it at home. Less than three minutes from the main train station where you can hop on a train to St. Tropez, Antibes, Juan les Pins, Nice, Monaco, and Italy.
If you rent a car, there is a covered parking about two blocks away near the train station. You could drive to Grasse, the perfume capital of the world; St Paul de Vence and Eze, among the most beautiful medieval villages. The Nice International Airport is about 20 minutes by car, or you can take the Airport Shuttle and stop in Cannes at a walking distance from the Apartment.
Entrance level: one spacious living room; nice furniture with TV, DVD player, Hi Fi, FREE HI-SPEED INTERNET, air conditioning. Equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, freezer, electric range, coffee machine, multiple cabinets. One full bathroom with a shower.

This was my second time staying in this beautiful apartment right in the center of Cannes. It is superbly located next to all shopping, La Croisette and beaches, the train station, parks and playgrounds, restaurants, pâtisseries and there even is an outdoor market with fresh fruits and vegetables right down stairs. The apartment itself is so bright and light with all the amenities you could need and when you walk in the door you immediately feel happy! Antoine (the owner) goes above and beyond to make sure you have an enjoyable vacation, is very professional and is super super nice, he also takes great pride in his apartment making sure it is perfect. I can highly recommend staying here, especially if you want to be able to enjoy Cannes and the surrounding cities with ease and have everything at your fingertips. Thanks Antoine for the most enjoyable vacation ever!
