The pictures sold it for me an we were not disappointed. The unit was spacious. We had 3 teenagers and 2 adults. Everyone was able to move around without feeling confined. The owners are very helpful and the unit was extremely clean and beautiful. Would definitely stay there again.

The Palacio is a wonderful p;ace and the largest I've ever rented. The furnishings are beautiful and extremely comfortable. I have been going to Perdido Key and Destin for 25 years and each year we rent a condo or home. This condo is not only large, but very well spaced out so you can be comfortable with several adults and children and still have a great deal of personal space. Each room is separated apart so that everyone is in a different area. This is a great perk since some may choose to quietly relax after a wonderful day at the beach, while others are still enjoying the day. The bedrooms are huge as are the bathrooms. We could not believe how large the master bath was, with a double sized walk in shower! Although the condo provides additional parking directly across a small two lane road, we never needed the additional lot. The Palacio is a tower complex, however, the layout is perfect so their is very little walking involved to get from the 12th floor to beach. We had family on the 4th floor as well and it was no problem going back and forth. If you like the pool at the end of the day, you will love how large the pool is. The beach is a very short walk and not over crowded. This is an excellent place to stay if you are looking for an exceptional condo that is well worth every penny!

My kids and I were dealing with a lot of stress with my mother and needed a spring break getaway. What a great choice this was!! The condo is immaculate and comfortable. Beautiful decor even more beautiful beach! The best value in vacation rentals I have run across. And trust me as a widow raising two teens alone I know value. The owner was most helpful with precise details and information on reservations and availability.

We took a group of six to this unit and had a fantastic time. The condo is very spacious and has everything you need including a wonderful view of the beach. We have stayed in many different places along the gulf coast over the years and this was one of our favorites. We'd love to come back again.

We found the condo to be very spacious with an excellent view. We took advantage of the grills at the pool which gave us all time to sit and relax in the evenings. It would have been better if the heated pool was actually heated. The pool wasn't used by any guest while we were there. The water was too cold. We managed to have fun despite not being able to use the pool. If we decide to rent here again we'll learn about the pool before deciding. The condo had everything we needed. This is a very nice place that is on our list of vacation spots. Parking was easy.
Owner response:I hate the pool was not heated. I called the front desk to confirm it would be heated and they assured me it would be through the end of March. Not sure if the warmer temperatures had them change their mind.

My family just returned from Perdido Key, where we stayed in this condo. It was very nicely decorated and clean. The layout really works well, especially if you have another couple with you or teenagers, since there is a 2nd master bedroom with an on-suite bath. The views are beautiful from the living room and the master bedroom, just as depicted in the photos. We would definitely recommend this condo to friends and relatives and will be staying there again in the future.

We rented the condo for my 40th birthday trip 3/28-4/4 and ended up having such a great stay that we extended our trip. The condo was great with all the amenties and then some. They provided all the comforts of home. The Palacio was very family oriented. The beaches are perfect! We will definitely be back. We couldn't have asked for a better trip! Thank you!

My family and I had the pleasure of staying in this condominium from June 22 - June 29, 2008. We just returned from Perdido Key and all of us were sad to leave. This condo is absolutely beautiful, tastefully decorated and very well equipped. We had 4 teenagers stay with us and never felt crowded at all. The views from the balcony are out of this world and the beaches and all facilities are pristine.Shopping and dining is very close by. We will definetely return as we feel that we have found the perfect vacation spot. Thanks a million.
