80 feet of lake frontage with a 40 foot dock for your private use. Full access to Lake Michigan for fishing or other sports. Two large family rooms (1 with wet bar and gas fireplace) provide plenty of room for everyone. Large dining room with gas fireplace seats 8-12 comfortably. Open-air deck and 3-season room have tables and chairs. Also a large picnic table on the basement patio. Over 2400 sq. ft. with views of Pentwater's famous sunsets from every room!
Enjoy shopping in the friendly local stores. Festivals, art fairs, band concerts on the Village Green. So much to do or just sit back and relax at the beach.... the choice is yours!

Prime Season: June 15th through Labor Day ................ $1600/week
Off-Season: May - June 15th and Labor Day - Oct. 15th......$1300/week
Off Season Daily Rates: 3-night minimum at $225/night
If staying 4,5 or 6 nights...cost is $200/night
Weekly Rental Check-in is 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. Saturday to Saturday.
$400 Reservation/Damage Deposit due.
Full payment due 30 days before arrival.
