Two large family rooms (1 with wet bar and gas fireplace) provide plenty of room for everyone. Large dining room with gas fireplace. Open-air deck and 3-season room. Large picnic table on the basement patio. Over 2400 sq. ft. with views of Pentwater's famous sunsets from every room!
Enjoy shopping in the friendly local stores. Ice-fishing, snowmobiling, cross country skiing available in the winter. Only 1.5 hours from Crystal Mt. for great family skiing and snowboarding. Festivals, art fairs, band concerts on the Village Green in the summer. So much to do or just sit back and relax at the beach.... the choice is yours!

- Cooking Utensils Provided: Table service (dishes, glasses, silverware, etc.) for 8 (with a double set of everything). All pots and pans plus a crock pot, blender, mixer, roster, electric fry pan and bakeware.

Prime Season: June 15th through Labor Day $1600/week
Off-Season: $1300/week
Off Season Daily Rates: 4-8 people for 2, 3 or 4 nights $240/nt
Off Season: 2-8 people for 5 or 6 nights $200/nt
Weekly Rental Check-in is 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. Saturday to Saturday.
Deposit of 1/4 total fee due within 7 days of making reservation.
Full payment due 30 days before arrival. (10 days for Daily Rentals)
